Although I understand Kratos' thought process for not being around Atreus when he was growing up, it doesn't fully negate Atreus' words. He could've been around more and look after his son together with Faye. Still, we never know how much time happened since Kratos and Faye met and Atreus was born. They could've been dating for a hundred years before Atreus came.

I guess he's still in that phase of being afraid of the kind of person he is, for Faye he's somewhat at ease because they did kind of try and kill each other at one point, so she's not as weak as to simply die by being near him. Something that could've been in Kratos' mind as Atreus is growing up due to how much of his rage and godly nature were affecting Atreus' body, to the point where he's mostly sick growing up. So in his mind he thought I'd be better to let Faye raise Atreus on her own since he's too scared on what will happen if Atreus died while he's present, hell he would've probably blamed himself again if it did happen.

Gotta have some respect for the guy. The way he stood up to someone who would clearly beat him is pretty brave

It’s stated by sindri & brok the two weapons are both equal so mjolnir’s nickname “nuclear weapon of the gods” would be same for the leviathan axe

How Kratos got his Axe: "His wife gave it to him"

Huge f*cking props to everyone on the team. Camera, voice acting, motion acting, music, sound effects, everything. I’m severely impressed by the subtle stances Kratos takes while Sindri was becoming more aggressive towards him. A fade from relaxed posture to An attacking position in literally seconds. Imposing as he should be and absolutely not taking chances on anyone, god or dwarf alike. The hints of a younger Kratos still live on in these small gestures he makes, but thankfully kept in check better.

I ain’t gonna lie this scene alone makes me want to get this game

I like how Sindir, although terrified, was willing to stand up to Kratos. Meanwhile, Brok talked smack to Kratos on their first meeting. Guess, when you're the blacksmiths who created Mjlonir for a bloodlusted drunk god like Thor, you're not fazed by anyone larger than you anymore.
