In 2003 or 2004, Jonathan and some young men from a Christian camp, I believe, visited unexpectedly one Wednesday night to a service at a small church I was pastoring; because our family had been blessed with the Patch tapes, I asked Jonathan to give a brief testimony, which he graciously did. He even signed my Bible as Pee Wee Pirate. His graciousness and love for Christ overflowed, and God used that young man to encourage this preacher who was following the Lord to take a church who had been through a split. Jonathan was like a shot in the arm to help me ata time when I needed help. I was honoured to be visited by one whose family had blessed me and my family in such a powerful way. Thank you, Jesus, for the visit that I did not expect that night, but one that you planned. Jonathan's parents raised a good and Godly son. I look to meet him at the throne.

Thank you for your transparency and for your faithfulness. We love you all! Many years ago, we visited you all. We came on your birthday. My kids had a Africa shaped plaque for you all. Patch the Pirate took the time to go dress up and come and see my kids and then you all invited us to have birthday cake. That meant so much to all of us!

Growing up as a missionary kid on the field, we think our life is hard... until we hear what other people go through! But God is still in control, and He loves us no matter what He allows us to go through. Thank you for sharing that testimony. You are such a blessing!

Thank you so much for being transparent about your family. I know that God is going to use this video in so many peoples lives. So many Christians will disagree but God knows depression is real. God bless you and your family.

“Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. ‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭2:11-15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I understand your point, but, in your estimation, under what conditions would this (and by 'this' I mean 'a Christian woman with decades of faithful service giving her testimony') be acceptable?

Also consider that she appears to be ( at least by her comments made at the end) to be in a woman-only setting.

She is not in the position of teacher or authority when she speaking to an audience, necessarily. This verse was meant for a different audience { Jewish, males). There is no evidence that her audience is male or only male. She is giving her personal testimony of God working in her life. Which is allowed. ( Samaritan woman, Mary Magadeline after the Resurrection).
