This reminds me of Veal Picatta or Chicken Picatta(sp.) One of my very favorite dishes!! I would add a squeeze of fresh lemon & capers ;serve it with aspsaragus & angel hair pasta with some fresh basil.Thank you for sharing. I will make this definitely! Vickie Trapp 10:02

I made with some changes, did not use fresh parsley or fresh thyme "did not have on hand" used dried, everything else was done the same way and it was a big hit with everyone. Served with jasmine rice with some of the pan juices placed over the chicken and the rice, it was very good, will keep and make again, thanks for the recipe..

Try cutting the pepper in half lengthwise. Open and remove the seeds. Then put the two piece back together and chop as shown.
