A forgotten recipe from the 1960s! I have never eaten such delicious rolls! A simple recipe
We haven't tried anything better! The whole family's favorite recipe. Quick and easy
Recipe from my 60-year-old grandmother! So delicious❗ that I feel like cooking them 3 times a week!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
400 ml of warm milk.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Cover and leave for 5 minutes.
Stir again.
100 ml of vegetable oil.
1 egg.
Mix all ingredients well.
Sift 550 g of flour (all-purpose).
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Add another 100 g of flour (all-purpose flour).
Mix the dough with your hands.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Place in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover with food-grade film.
Set the dough aside in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
The dough rose well. Very airy and soft.
Knead the dough.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Divide the dough into 12 parts.
Lubricate with oil.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Lubricate the surface with oil.
Cover with food-grade film.
Leave the dough covered with a towel on the work surface for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough with your hands as shown in the video.
Make a slit in the dough.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
Fold the edges of the dough as I did.
Form the buns.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Let me show you again how simple and easy it is.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mixing.
Brush them with egg mixture.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 25-30 minutes.
All is ready.
Let them cool slightly.
The buns turned out very soft, airy and delicate!
