Regarding the fish, it depends on whether the water which came via the Deluge was salt water or fresh water. As not all fish can survive in the same waters. So, if the Deluge waters were uniform, then *some* type of fish must have definitely perished.

Birds need somewhere to rest sooner or later, and also, birds need food. As for the birds, they would drown if they didn't have some place to rest their wings. Birds can not fly around forever without taking a break. As for the fish, they would have been fine because they live in water, but the birds probably would have drowned within 1 day because of no rest from flying and no food to eat.

Adam and Eve is a story about the job of a man or a woman after they took the knowledge of good and evil. God said procreate after own kind, humans and Angeles are not of the same kind. Adam and Eve are giants compared to Noah, Noah is a giant compared to modern humans. Sons of God are believers and daughters of men aren't believers in God's supremacy.
