Favela seemed like a very balanced map. Had a lot of close quarter areas primarily in the middle lane, with wider open side lines with a lot of different elevations to provide unique angles. To me it’s in S tier. Always loved playing on Favela.

To me, Highrise will always be up there. In my experience, it was (and maybe still is) one of the only maps to add so many spots that people now a days would consider a "glitch". Like getting to the top of that one building was always fun. Very high risk / high reward trying to make the jump. The ledges on the one side. The crane. Hiding behind the desks. Breaking the windows and hiding on the ledges. It was still a 3 lane map but so many fun ways to get around those. I can't recall many maps that did this but then again I haven't played in a long time so eh ;)

@@alexalt2888 Facts... Doing so more thinking on the manor, imagine if they added Highrise into Modern Warfare II, it wouldn't be the same feeling due to SBMM. You would never be able to get to the tower in a higher skilled game. You couldn't have fun for being good. The memories we all have from past COD's will never be the same.

Carnival honestly was one of the coolest maps in terms of every little detail. I LOVED playing on that map

The lack of inder and dashy in these content video makes it seem like they still have beef haha

I'd honestly have Scrapyard in the goated category but that's because it was what we played the most for competitive sniping and it was the map my friends and I played all of our 1v1s on. I spent more time on scrapyard then probably any other map in the franchise

Derail= back out immediately. Nothing egregiously wrong with this list. In general, I think I like MW2 maps more than everyone else because I have good memories on all of them. The only map in the game I straight up hated was Derail. I even got my first nuke on that map and still ended up hating it.

As someone that grinder FFA sniping, seeing bailout, sub base and trailer park so low hurts my soul

Scump is spot on with crash. So overrated along with many other cod 4 maps

favala was so fun to snipe on and when the akimbo models werent nerfed it was a free nuke lol

low key i'd move storm to mid. respawns on that map were kinda weird, but snd was super fun from what i remember

Bailout and Trailer park were the best vibes. Back when it felt like people got super hyped for downloadable content

Trailer Park is underrated. It was perfect for pure run n gun fights without worrying about getting hit from above

I agree that Afghan is super underrated and I would move Strike to S Tier. Also, I didn't hate Wasteland as much as these guys did. Thank you, fellas. #GreenWall

Overgrown - immediate back out. Boosters with tac inserts and claymores in the back of gas station.

I love overgrown but the biggest insult in there is that fuel isn’t back out immediately.

Salvage is my favorite cod map of all time, no other map as clicked with me the way it did. i spent way to much time in private matches finding little lines of sight all over, nade lineups and other little things about it. its my absolute goat map.

sub base SND was another one of those maps that just felt right to me

i remember getting a triple HS collat on scrapyard S&D BUT of course wasn’t recording… 🤦🏻‍♂️

Afghan been mid made me a little sad, I loved that map, I got my first ever nuke on there. Had them spawn trapped at the top of the cliff where C would go in domination, then my chopper gunner went crazy lol

Best way to put Crash in my opinion is really fun pub map but ranked was alright map considering the poi's

Scrapyard is going goated for sure. It's good for every play style

keep bringin bobby into the mix

If you put any other call of duty games maps in the mix, suddenldy all of these move up 1-2 tiers

Rust is goated! Nothing beats a 1 v 1 Quick Scope No Scope on rust to settle an argument… that maps legendary!

I'm in between moving either Afghan OR Overgrown to pretty good but if I had to choose i'd go with Overgrown great map for DOM/S&D in my opinion. That being said Breenbergh Hotel was lowkey pretty good but only time will tell if it deserves a higher spot.

My best nukes came on wasteland and quarry but I’ll still say high rise, terminal skid row and Afghan were my favourite maps.

Estate was one of my favorite maps to boost in lol.

For me its Rust. Absolutely the number one 1v1 map every made. I get it, its such a small part of the game (1v1's) but it just created so many memories. So many laughs and arguments were settled here I just cant leave it out of GOATed.

I despised rundown one day I got stuck in a lobby cus a hacker got a nuke to last 48hours and somehow the game didn’t crash and my Xbox was still on so I’d jus come home from school and check up on it and people wld be either afk or jus trolling round the map

Fuel should be at pretty good that map was big & fun, dont forget the little underground tunnel , good times
