30 years ago, in a small stuffy gym, which was located in the basement of one of the cities near Moscow, we had portraits of these guys hanging. @@TheKnewb Arnold was taking anabolic steroids. He talked about it himself. At that time, anabolics were not banned. He took Nandrolone, primobolan and methandrostenolone. Maybe something else. But compared to the tons of steroids that bodybuilders began to use in the 2000s and now, it was a very small amount.

@MdoubleHBx Why not? Bodybuilding is an extreme sport to them. It wasn't about health, it was about winning. In fact, we should have separate sports for people that openly use anabolic steroids and just watch them go hard as hell. American football you'd have people runnin as fast as a car, baseball would be nothin but grand slams, Olympic sports would be crazy. I mean why not? If they want to go to that extreme to win and get that rush, fuck it. I'd watch that all day baby.

This is honestly one of the best videos i've ever seen. Two ABSOLUTE legends. Working out in their older age. Multiple heart surgeries, can barely walk, still working out 6-7 days a week every morning. Thats why they were the greatest of their own respective eras. It has its consequences, but they made a TON of money doing it. Arnold especially. God bless you both and I wish you both a long and happy life.

I love both of these guys. They inspired and continue to inspire so many people. I imagine they are on prescription pain killers from all those injuries and surgeries to fix things throughout the years. I mean I know both of these men have insanely high pain tolerance, but pain causes stress, and stress will kill you.

when legends meet at the gym together, they bring along the joy, matured communication and knowledge in bodybuilding and show us what is happiness are in bodybuilding..

Seeing these to legends together at old age still doing what they love despite the injurys etc is just PURE GOLD

Grew up with both these Heroes. I am 43 and still a kid at heart, and thank God so are they. We build muscles when we are young, but it's heartening to see the real muscle that carries you through life, which is a pumped up spirit that always goes one more rep. The flesh is weak, but a strong spirit never grows old.

You can see the happiness that Ronnie transmits in each moment through his smiles and simpliness but also the big respect towards Arnold, always staying one step behind like a guy who sees for the first time a myth that he admires despite having even won 1 title plus. Ronnie always the greatest not only as a champ but also as a person to be appreciated even more for that.

Watching Arnold his movement is so smooth and precise perfect form all those years of training never forgotten .

Great to watch the champions working out together. Big respect to both of them.

This is like casually walking into a boxing gym and seeing Ali and Tyson sparring. Legendary.

Not many things better for the soul than seeing Ronnie up and walking a lil' bit. So many people still love you, big dog. I love Ronnie's determination to still train everyday as a condition should never hold you back ever. I recently got diagnosed with fibromyalgia after battling with pain for 10 years and will never ever stop even when the pain is kicking my ass.

Man for those of us that have been inspired by and followed the careers of these two men no matter what else their accomplishments this here is the Greatest to see these two chillin together and working out showing us still that this is a life long lifestyle to stay fit as we age. This is Fantastic Mr Olympia 1970,1971,1972,1973,1974, 1975,1980 and 1998,1999,2000,2001,2002,2003,2004,2005. We need MORE of this type of gym content as watching Arnold train even at 76 is FANTASTIC!!! 💪🏻

inspiring beyond belief, and just such a good-natured episode between two souls who clearly understand, respect and like each other.

I didn't get the chance to talk to Arnold at the time, but I was training next to him a couple of years back and had the best workout ever. The amount of weight I could lift was like nothing I have ever experienced before that. It just goes to show how powerful the human brain can be when you are highly motivated.

Yes I did. Why is that so hard to believe? Check some of the Arnold clips on youtube where you can see him training next to regular people at Golds. You know, Arnold can walk inside public gyms like everyone else.

I have never seen such a beautiful video, like this collab is all I needed maan, so amazing to see 2 biggest legends of bodybuilding, working out together on muscle beach in sunny california, having an absolute blast together.

Love to see these two still at it! It hurts my soul to see Ronnie in this immobile state😢 Two of the nicest guys you will ever meet! I'd love to see a Senior Mr. OLYMPIA with former winners! If Tyson can step back in the ringe, then these guys can step back on stage!!!
