Go-To-Market Launch Plan For A New SaaS Product
A different approach in making a Go-To-Market Launch Plan for a New SaaS Product
Do you remember the day when Slack just launched? Do you remember when Snowflake, Hubspot, Salesforce launched? These are epic SaaS companies where most of them didn't launch the way a lot of founders launch their SaaS businesses today. Most of today's startup founders approach it in a very linear way, whereas the 2nd-time founders approach in a multi-threaded way. So in this episode, I'm going to walk you through the 3 principles to help you launch your SaaS product the right way.

Absolute gem . Should have been taught before tk bhai. No issues , still powerful strategy.
I discovered this video much later than I should have, around the same time I began delving into linear models. It completely shifted my perspective. I'm truly grateful for the insights you provided. Thank you for everything.

The 3 people that disliked this video have already booked their venue in LA for their launch party, and keep paying fees to reschedule, because they really need to add this one last feature before the big event.

Powerful content. The multi threaded launch is similar to principles in Design Thinking (continuous iteration and improvement as you go, informed by data from quality users) - the multi-launch element in multi-threaded is one up on design thinking though. I like how u are able to capture & clearly demonstrate everything on a piece of paper, keep it up.

Thank you so much for this valuable content - as a first-time founder building a Saas product I got completely stuck in Linear model.... Multi-threaded approach is one I will go for as it indeed seems more healthy and impactful and I strongly believe in community first! The question I have is about the promotion of my first MINI launch... do the pitch of my landing page covers what is currently available in the first release or do I pitch the ambition (the ideated end product) ? Thank you so much!
@laurentgoffinon6432
Жыл бұрын
Pitching the ideal product while not being developed yet, could be seen as over-selling.. on the other hand it could allow me to validate important hypothesis... the next question is whether I promote the features on the first mini-launch or I pitch the problems I am solving ?

How do you price during this mini-launch stage? Do you price low and then raise as product evolves or price at ideal level from day 1?

Hi, very informative video, but i have some questions What is the criteria of Minimum Viable product. As i am building a SAAS product that i know i have 3 main competitors, and I am trying to make a better product than them, by making a hybrid SAAS application in that space (combining the best parts of all those 3). Plus i am researching (blogs, reviews) what their customers actually need and adding those features in my product before launch. Am i in the MVP cycle or it is actually the criteria of MVP. Moreover, i am not making the perfect tool before launch, it will certainly have room for many features and improvements that i plan to update with the feedback and growth of my customers. Am i doing it right? Apologies for a long message.

This is cool but I feel this will hard to do for a b2b saas product because of the approval processes that has to do with an organization. Getting the c level executive to try a product that is not ready will be very difficult
@XBoysAtWorkX
2 жыл бұрын
I think the idea is that you don't want them to look at it as not ready, but as a stage where they can provide feedback that will help you tailor the product to best fit them. You are solving their problem, and they are lucky enough to be in a position to influence how much better it can solve their problem.
