Does it attach to the body or to the frame?

The brackets attach to the frame of the vehicle, using the same mounting points as the tow hooks

I'll be getting this for my 2019 F150. I placed the side steps on my truck and I love them. From what I hear, your warranty policies are great which is why I will continue to purchase your products.

great video, im nothing close to a mechanic, but that really looks fairly easy. i Just purchased a colorado 4x4 crew cab and think that would look awesome. thks for sharing the install video. :)

Please add a video showing the installation of the cube lights and the wiring harness for the Colorado. I know it can vary from the vehicle, but a general explanation and "how-to" hook up the switch would be great.

My bull bar will be here Monday. Wondering what size sockets u needed with the torque wrench. Was going to borrow some from a buddy at work. Thks again for the really detailed video. Really makes installs a lot easier. Thks again 😊

You will need: 3/4" Socket & Wrench 7mm 15mm 18mm Socket & Wrench Ratchet Ratchet extension It's all listed on the instruction sheets which you can find on our website here: www.gorhino.com/part-search/55214T

Do y’all have any that fit on a 2015 Chevy Equinox? I’ve heard that F-150 bull bars fit perfectly on them.

He said if no tow hooks use side bracket spacers.... are they included?

I have a 2019 Chevy Colorado WT the bumper is not the same with the LT would I be able to put a bull bar?

Will this be the same application with a 2WD Colorado w/o Tow Hooks?

The link does not work for picture with hook back on?

Will I have to buy tow hooks to get the piece used as the "spacer" to be able to install the bull bar? Or can I buy the "spacer" separately?

We will provide everything that you need. The spacers (Explained at 6:20) that we use to take the place of the tow hooks (if you do not have tow hooks) are included in the box.

can that be put on 08n gmc canyon

are the tow hooks covered up? or can the still be used? It would have been good if you got a shot of what the whole bar looks like on the truck

As you can see in the video, the tow hooks are reinstalled back in. However, they are slightly covered by the skid plate so you might not be able to use the tow hooks normally without damaging the skid plate. Why don't you notch the skid plate in front of the tow hook to unshroud it? Frankly, if a tow strap is going to damage it, it's not really a proper skid plate.

We usually use lights from Rigid Industries, but those are pretty pricey, but there are companies that make lights that are very similar to Rigid's. Hello Jorge, the bull bar itself fits multiple vehicles, but the brackets are vehicle specific. Be sure wherever you from you are getting the correct bull bar and brackets for your vehicle. If I may give a little constructive criticism, it would really help if in the beginning you would say you will need these tools and these sizes.

Patrick, the top of the skid plate has multiple pre-cut slots for mounting an array of lights. Many people use bull bars as a place to put their LED lights or light bars.

I smacked a deer with one doing about sixty all it did was push the bar back and dent my bumper a little behind the bar saved me a deductible and saved the front end

I was going about 45 when I hit a deer head on, figuring I, at the very least busted up my grille. Checked for damage, and to my surprise nothing. That Bull Bar took the full impact and to my surprise the deer actually got up and ran off. Worked like a charm.

other then looks? how about front protection against wildlife, off-roading, crazy parking lot drivers etc

watfordr1 just don't hit anything harder than one of those two bolts holding it on the front end.

The fuck no walk around ?? 🙄

Kinda sucks you lose the recovery hooks in front. I won't buy this product for that reason.....

Some of our competitors have a very similar installation as ours while others tell you to completely remove the hooks altogether.
