I'd go with a new compressor, having enough air for the Fadal and air powered tools will definitely come in handy.

I'd go with the compressor as well, I'd rate it as a more basic need than a fixture plate. You can get one of those later on perhaps, but you need air now. I just recently swapped my air compressor for a bigger and much quieter one, check it out here... longezproject.blogspot.com/2019/04/tooling-up-compressor-swap.html If you do go this way be aware all fittings are locktited red (don't ask how I know 😬).
