Gmsh Tutorial - CAD and Meshing for Elmer FEM (Hex-Mesh)
This Tutorial shows how to create and mesh a geometry in Gmsh 4.0.7 and how to import the hexahedral mesh in Elmer FEM. The mesh is made out of several extrusions, i.e. it is possible to assign different materials on subsections of the mesh.

I don't know, maybe you can read your data with FreeCAD and transform them into a readable model.
