    This is so impressive Matej. I don't know how you keep improving what is already such an excellent open source pre-post processor; but thank you so much. Incorporating Gmsh into PrePoMax is again on another level, especially the capability to mesh with hex elements

    I used SolidWorks but other CAD software has the same capabilities.

    Hi, thanks for this, it’s very impressive. I have a question. When I export out as stl to import in blender, it will triangulate the mesh. Is there a way to maintain the quad when exporting the model?

    No, this is not possible. The .stl format only supports triangles.

    ⁠I was thinkig of adding support for .obj files in the past but now there is no plan to support it. And our forum is a much better place for such discussions.
