Yeah, I used to now I’m not drinking coffee but I’m drinking green tea and I’m going to put it in my green tea. It’s good to drink with vitamin C or anything that’s bitter tasting it will sweeten it right up.

Glycine plays an under researched role in aiding synthesis of T to DHT. Im on hormone therapy and it helps a lot just taking collagen everyday.

@@AskCurtis Thank you so much. I just started using glycine and was surprised how sweet it was. Made me think if it would be a better option than regular old sugar. I drink clear tea but was wondering about people who use it in tea or coffee, or even on cereal.

Yes definitely!! I recently started to add 2 tsps of glycine to my collagen creamy coffee. Within a few days I can see a difference in my skin. I look younger/fresher! Collagen on its own wasn't enough for better skin ... the added glycine works! Hasn't helped me with sleep yet ... I will up my dose to see if I can get more sleep
