    @@jordanshallow6616 thanks for responding, a warmup 101 would be interesting and very helpful because obviously everybody is different and I don’t know who knows more about how a human body should properly function than you! I would appreciate if you explain how a warmup for squats for example should look like, mobility, stretching etc.? Thank you very much for sharing so much great content

    How do you like the Atlantis pendulum press vs others like the Rogers?

    Out of curiosity, why do you choose a leg press with a modified execution over something like a hip thrust or straight leg deadlift?

    Great question, the leg press allows for way higher output before failure incurs. The straight leg deadlift is way less stabile, and hip thrusts are training in the shortened position.
