Complex Dent Repair Without Filler & Paint...
Take a few moments to look at this Skoda rear door. Yes it looks bad to say it politely!
Our customer popped in to speak with us about their unsightly damage left as a present by another vehicle driver….
-How the repair was undertaken-
To start the repair the bottom trim was removed, showing further damage (to be expected) a few carefully placed glue pulls relived the stress of the damage and it was halved in size…
The next pull concentrated on the bottom bodyline which popped out almost biblical!
The upper bodyline and crown where a different story and required constant tension from a carefully placed CamAuto crease tab and a hydraulic pulling tower which was stretched for a good few hours while other glue pulling and tools (dent bars) where used to reshape the damaged area.
Hours and hours of blending the metal back to shape
I hope you can take away some information from this if your a new dent technician or really interested in the job.
If your a potential customer looking for an accountable technician then I hope you are happy with how we operate, you can see our many repairs and this will give you the peace of mind when booking your repair in. We repair many customers vehicles up and down the country, we are in Beverley and we set aside all the time in the world and look after you if you travel to us.
Paintless Dent Removal or PDR is a method of removing minor dings and dents from the vehicle bodywork without the need for filler and paintwork. This is a highly skilled process in which the dent(s) is massaged from the rear of the panel or sometimes from the front using glue pulling methods.

Thank you Tommy!! Yea they pull very hard especially with Cam auto glue !!! We both say Hi back JK x
Martin what an insight into your world. I simply had not appreciated the ability to fix accident damage in such a non intrusive way. I’m staggered at the professionalism and your explanations are crystal clear. It’s a joy to watch the expertise in transforming the damage into a repaired panel. Your clients must be delighted. Guy

I love those glue tabs, where can I get those ??????
Great work as usual, is it possible to tension across door left to right as opposed to tension pulling outward to tap down crown. Think I have seen it done due to the way steel is rolled but not sure cheers Martin 🇬🇧🦘
Cracking repair Mr Sadler, Sometimes it feels like the main thing I do is knock down ha ha... Any links yet for these glue products?

Hi do you always heat the panels before you pull
@dentremover01
Жыл бұрын
Hi Anthony thanks for your comment. Yes if needed I will but I don’t always heat the panel. Mainly in the winter with sharp dents, or sharp dents in general or stubborn dents. For a beginner I’d always recommend a little bit of heat, then once your proficient you can decide when to use or not 🙌🏼
