You can get them fairly cheap, I got one that was around .6 carat for 155 on etsy. Its shaped like the sims plumbob, pretty neat.

Another worry I had though was do you know any ramifications the stone cutter would face, regarding the dust? Id be interested to know! Thanks!

Predator.Beatz - the glow comes from a long wave or short wave uv light source. Not only that but this particular source will glow in daylight from the uv from sunlight. That being said, I do not believe that these have much (if any) phosphorescence.
