LOL Can you imagine Gigi Hadid, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Eva Marie Saint coming together on network TV and singing a song together in 2018, particularly some old Broadway classic that probably Eden and Shields don't even remember from their youth. That's pretty much the modern day equivalent of what this was back then (A gorgeous young model/actress, a comedic sitcom star, and a grande dame of American cinema) these 3 women had absolutely nothing in common with each other besides working in the entertainment industry and here they are carolling together. The madness of mid-20th century broadcasting.

Gloria Swanson looks younger and prettier in this 1980s tv special than she did in the 50s playing on an episode of WML. Incredible how diet and healthy living reverse and slow down the aging process. I know she became a health nut early (and i say that with the utmost respect) because she's 81 here. Born Mar 27, 1899. She was very into growing her own food and eating a clean diet. She also fasted,

To be fair, she looked amazing during the filming of Sunset Boulevard in 1950. She looked so good that they had to light her to create shadows on her face to make her look older. She looked so good that, during filming, that they had to work at making her look less good...

In several books about the KOP, they mentioned how much Janet didn't like Brooke back then, she would call her giraffe and cow behind her back. I think one book mentioned that MJ thought she was nice but pushy. I think Brooke liked Michael more than he liked her, or at least he tried to make it seem like that was the case and they both used each other for publicity so it was an even trade... Lol. It's great to look back at life back then, such a different time...
