This global bucket holder, which is made to fit a John Deere 740 farm loader without mechanical self-level, has a unique design because instead of bolting on to an existing bucket holder to convert it over to global style, this kit is replacing the entire bucket holder itself. A bolt-on bucket holder adapter causes the attachment to stick out an additional 8 inches or so, which means a loss of leverage, meaning the attachment (bucket, pallet forks, hay spear, etc.) can't tilt as heavy a load. This bucket holder, on the other hand, is completely replacing the original bucket holder, so it is not sticking out that extra 8 inches. It has the same leverage as the original bucket holder its replacing, meaning the bucket, pallet forks, hay spear, etc. can tilt just as heavy of a load.

This global bucket holder follows the industry standards set for the global / euro attachment design. It will latch correctly with any attachment that also is designed according to the industry standard for the global design, whether that is a John Deere or aftermarket bale hugger, bucket, pallet forks, hay stabber, etc.
