NGL, this is a unique corruption of HOTD1 that is rarely seen nowadays This needs to be played through just for that alone!

Something terrible has happened to this board, that's for sure. Some chips may be burnt out
oh yeah this is happening a lot to model2's now. i've seen it quite a bit for daytona usa across the years at this point.

They had Time Crisis 4 and a Quick n' Crash, the latter of which was out of order.
