Yeah, it's a pretty Spartan existence. Gets downright miserable after awhile. Takes a special breed of fighter to persevere & achieve greatness.

disagreed, this guy is basically a kennedy in a brazil and good for him but aint nothing spartan about his lifestyle. Definitely works incredibly hard. I could only imagine the women.

man i admire this guy so much. what a name, what a legacy and what a future
I never comment... I just watch videos!! But kron you're to damn real! The last fight you had against cub Swanson I saw alot of nick diaz style boxing and it was frustrating the hell out of cub.. I'm excited to see more fights from you in the ufc! You're my #1 guy to watch I'll be rooting for u every fight!!
Hey Kron. Please keep uploading your videos.
Kron is really an inspiration. Glad he is keeping the roots of what his family had in mind for Jiu Jitsu and decided to compete in MMA instead of the sport aspect of BJJ. Kicking it with Dirt Nasty & The Diaz bros is always cool too! Song: Odesza - Meridian
Rickson + Kron = Inspiration!
Awesome! Its so cool to see Kron become yet another legend in the family.Wish him nothing but success
This is straight up beautiful Kron, powerful film making. Stay woke
This is like a movie trailer for a film! There must be so much footage left aswell. So many trips. This would be a brilliant film.
Should release a full vid of your deep breathing routine.. That would be dope

Its called pranayama. Its a yoga thing you can look up, and it wasn't invented by Rickson, he only utilized it for BJJ.

Fellas I actually did change my life. I had two amateur mma fights before I joined the Army. I now am in the Army living my best life in an airborne unit. This video inspired me some but Jocko Wilkins also inspired me as well. Listen to his stuff if you get a chance!

Nice video, nice song.
Absolute class! Stay woke, love it!
Stepping out of a big shadow, Kron Gracie is a legend of its own.
When you look at Kron you know he's special! In a 43 year old purple belt that's been to Afghanistan 3 times. My point is Kron is my hero!
Huge fan, nothing but respect from Denmark xD Stay strong champ.
Very motivational and inspirational mean!
Love it! Keep it going Kron!
Such a sick video 🔥🔥🔥
He looks like Ido Portal without steroids and more down to earth.
Looks like an extremely challenging life but I hope you are able to achieve all your goals
Thank you Kron :)
Edição e fotografia top demais!!! Video foda!!!!
Inspiration!
Waiting for the next fight. Keep up the good work bro
Amazing
He's like Jay Alvarrez, but with balls. Almost he alone sold me on going from boxing to BJJ, a very beautiful sport indeed and loving every minute of becoming better and not having head trauma (joking). If someone reading this is on the fence to show up to first class or not, take the leap. You'll enjoy it.
Cant wait to see you fight again Kron!!!

Need another one of these clips, love it great motivation for when you are feeling down and out. It really makes you want to work hard and train hard. But also get in touch with your spiritual side. Kron Gracie and the 209 brothers, you know what’s good!

Kron, hi my brother. I trained at your father's Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Pacific Palisades where are used to watch you crane privately on Saturdays with just you and your father. I drove up all the way from Bakersfield a couple hours early then my class that your father taught. Those classes were after your private with your father. Your sister also trained with your father privately at times. I wanted to get the true experience of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. I am also a student of karate since 1968. My Karate teacher is Hawaiian Instructor by the name of Rodney Hu Sr. He is a Goju-ryu master that fought in the 1st World Karate Championships 1970. What is unique about my training in both Gracie Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Rickson Gracie and Goju-ryu Karate under Shihan Rodney Hu Sr is both of their sons passed away. Your brother Rockson , who used to train the class that I trained in under your father passed away in 2001. Then Rodeny Boy Hu Sensei ( my teachers only son) passed away this year after a man ran over Rodney and his wife with the vehicle that he was driving. It was done in anger and on purpose after being disarmed of a knife in a grocery store. Rodney Boy Hu Sensei was the world Iri Kumi full contact champion. He had a karate school in Stockton California. His father's black belt student was one of Nick Diaz kickboxing coaches; his name is Eric Shingu Sensei, and is a black belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu as well. Someday I'd like to come back to training in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Maybe someday I can stop back by your Los Angeles Academy. I used to train at your father's Wilshire Boulevard Academy. I heard that you had taken over that school and made it your own school. Good for you. It would be an honor to see you once again and yes I did train with your brother that was an honor to. I've watched him to kick the ass I had a lot of strong men that were students of your fathers and wrestlers/mixed martial artist that had come in off the streets to try to take your father's undefeated record from him. It was so funny watching your brother Captain guys out because he was just maybe 15 or 16 years old but man was he ever f****** highly technical.
