Usually we lock the glass with wood trim and pin nailer, what material is that? Looks not sticky to hand...

I have seen wood trim here in Sweden as well, although I would not recommend it, seems like its quite easy for water to get in behind the glass. I'm using linseed oil putty, made from linseed oil and chalk basiclly. Thanks for you comment

@@WoodshopBygatanwhen wood trim is used it’s supposed to be in conjunction with a glazing putty. I think it’s a petroleum based putty, but I’m not sure. The glazing putty is applied before the trim. The excess is removed during the painting or sealing of the wood.

Are you using linseed oil paint?

Yes, I am. Although you have to have some patience, but in my opinion its superior todays plastic paints

What is it you use to fix the glass in the frame (at 0.56)? Thanks!

Hi, I've been trying to find the correct english name for it, but came up short. It's small metal nails or pins that come in a rod. Thanks for your quick answer. It seems the stifttrad is only available in Scandinavia. I will look for a webshop that ships to The Netherlands
