Very educative. I love his videos. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to you.

I'm day 14 and I have found Master She Heng Yi to be life changing along with the book The Power of Now. I've committed to daily exercise, only drinking water and strictly eating nutritious foods. LOTS OF FRUIT N VEG. Also a script of Thiamine helps energy levels tremendously. I'm going to a smart recovery meeting every Monday and speaking to a D&A counsellor once a week. The key for me has been to force myself to just get up and go. Start with a delicious fruit smoothie and get out the front door and start walking. I then just keep busy for the rest of the day. I've also found that reading at night slows down my brain and literally puts me to sleep. 25 years of addiction. 2 weeks of this and I feel reborn. I hope this helps you on your journey as much as mine. I've had enough of the old me, time to be alive again and never look back.

Keep up with the discipline. The exercises. Meditation. Stay away from negative people. Fill your days with positive habits, places, and people. 75 days in after pretty heavy drinking for about 15 years. 34 years old and I never thought I would say I was living without alcohol but life is sooo much better without it. Sometimes I think I miss it then I think about how I was 17 lbs heavier, always foggy, and living at 60% and the craving immediately goes away. Keep truckin everyone.

Dude I feel really blessed that I don’t drink, I did as a teenager but I haven’t through my twenties. I’m used to it so I don’t think much of it. Now that I am about to be 27 though I see in certain ways how consuming alcohol consistently takes its toll on people… Nothing is attractive about the beginning stages of becoming an alcoholic.

Thank you, Mullighan team for passing Master Shi Heng Yi messages on to us... and now some words about what the Master told us in this kind interview, which I personally consider impactful. Now I understand some things... letting go of your creature is one of the most difficult tests there is. The instinct is to cling and hold on. Because no one will put in the same dedication as you. This is certain. But it is also teaching number one: nothing worldly is forever. (And even if I repeat it a thousand times, at the moment it hurts). I hope at least that, in his case, behind so much difficulty, there is as much joy to motivate it. In my specific case the situation is that I don't even know how to walk and I no longer have my father's hand to hold me up. So... okay, new challenge... find the balance and learn how to get back on my feet. Such a big lesson, guys! 🌱 Will I be able to overcome it?🥺

Have always seen how people are when they are drunk and how girls using boys for drinks, food when i was out at night, i rarly drank. When i was out with my friend group then i was one of the few that did not drink, since i dont want to be associated with those kind of people. My friends was always amazed when i did not drink, that i think was weird but normal for me when i was socialising. So i have been more diciplined in that area then i did know of, but lack in other ereas to learn to get more disiplined and here it when Buddism/JP buddism/shintosm comes in for me. Like the Kamidana, Shrines, Praying flags (tibetian), singing bowls, torii etc

Brother, many do not understand the difference between going outside the law or staying outside the law. to make mistakes is perfectly human, so staying wrong is a big problem,no matter how wise you are, There will always be 100 fools who will count on you. 😂 I recommend, don't be proud of your ability but don't lose faith that you are valid either! in general, the stupid and the proud think they are smart and good, not who they really are. 😘

Once tried to become rich with my inventions. But then I realized that I don't really need that money because obviously I couldn't buy luxury, enjoying myself and watching the rest of the world burn. I wonder how the rich are ignoring others in poor and even war places. I can't live with that. So I gave all my inventions for free. Because even if I'd be the billionaire, I couldn't really use it. So I only buy what I really need. Accepted the fact that I will never be rich anymore. I don't dream of it either. I don't want it. I never gambled once either. I tried to become rich trough honest work. But even then I couldn't use it. I'll be known bigger than Einstein and Nikola Tesla in some future. But you will never see me driving a Lamborghini and co.
