When I watch his videos? I learn far more than when other mechanics attempt to explain something in "Grand Detail"... 👍
You have hands of an artist. Soooo gentle and firm. Amazing punctuality. Amazing video.

I have a new one and I love it! Power!
You sure made that look EASY
You certainly made it look easy Mitch. I spent almost a full day trying to fit the D266AF adjustable screen to my 2012 AF400ABS. I battled to get the Wellnuts seated where I wanted them. They were just too stiff and either wouldn't go in or slipped right through and disappeared! Got it done in the end though and it's a great screen, pretty much turbulence free. Thanks for posting the vid, it really helped.
You should do instruction videos for a living, this was excellent!
Your Videos are simply outstanding I look forward to watching more of them
Fantastic. people speak but can not explain better. Very clear.

Many thanks!
You make it look easy. I really fought with my Ermax Sportscreen install.
Just put a new gifi w/s on my 2020 an400. Ten minutes. Wow. Thanks for your video.
Really helpful thanks, I would never have known how to remove that panel otherwise.
I used your video to install mine today ...THANK YOU!!!

Awesome!! :)
Very helpful, but my dash cover was a bit more stuck than this one - probably not removed in 10+ years. Another video showed to pull with both hands on one side then move to the other side. That got me past the challenging spot.
MITCH IS BRILLIANT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice work, thx for the manual!
Great vid, thanks. I've recently bought a Burgman 650 with a Givi screen, which is immense up to about 50mph or thereabouts. Over 60mph the buffeting is awful. Any tricks or tips?
Thanks so much for the tuition video fabulous! 🤘🏻
I just installed one. The Givi instructions were useless. Your instructions were perfect. Especially reusing the Suzuki phillips screws for the front two holes. I accidentally tried the Givi screws and pushed the rubber well nut right in past the windshield. Did not happen with Suzuki screws.
Great video. Very helpful.

Good instruction. Thanks 🤝
Thanks alot, my windscreen is on its way and this will be a big help. I noticed my rear plastics and the tailight are a little loose, do u have any videos on how to make it tighter.
Parabéns pelos seus vídeos
Well done !!! Very good !!!
Superb video !
Hello Mitch, i wanted to know if the visibility is good and if there are not too many reflections inside the windshield, thank you for your beautiful and useful videos. greetings from italy
Definitely order a new set of the rubber well nuts - ebay or amazon under "motorcycle windshield bolts". You'd think Givi would throw some in there
Great video Mitch. Did you buy the extra fit kit?

Thanks Abner! No, everything in the bag with the windshield ready to install right away :)
After the panel is removed at the beginning, can you tell me the size of the two screws that need to be removed. I just noticed both mine are missing. Thank you.
이야 진짜 자가정비 잘한다!!!
Hy. Can tou tell my hiw long the screws are? As i both my givi sh and i have no long screws . The original ones are to short thanks. Adrian
No need or reason to remove the 4 rearward wellnuts. Only the front 2 need be removed and if on an older unit i recommend getting new ones before doing this replacement as they get so hard that there is no way to get them back in without ruining them in due to the hardness and size of the crush rib in the rubber over the years.
Hey there! Excellent video! Let me ask you something: the gray Burg has a sensacional headlight. Do you know where I can find it?

One last question: can I install the H4 in both sides? Need any adaptation?
Hey Mitch , my name is craig. I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It is so hard to find an extended windshield for 2007 Suzuki Bergman 400. Is this some way you can help me out? I'm watching your video trying to find out where I can possibly purchase one. We have a Fox motorsport. Shop here in Grand Rapids and that's the only one that can seem to order that particular windshield and it's no longer on the books. Can. You please help me??

How is in ride with this new windshield?

He loves it! I have mine since 2009, it keeps wind off on my face. When I was riding for hours on freeway my neck was little sore with stock windshield ... so I switched to tall one and no more sore neck from wind hitting on my helmet

This was a great help. However, having just done this I would change a few steps: 1. When removing the rubber grommets, they push all the way through the metal hole almost effortlessly. No need to wrestle them out backwards. 2. I would not attach the metal support to the windshield ahead of time. 3. I would re-install the upper 2 rubber grommets on each side ahead of time through the support bars from #2. That is, before starting to install the window with the lower grommets on each side, I would pre-load the upper 2 grommets on each side THROUGH the metal support bars onto the frame. There is hardly any room once the lower screws are in and the rubber would end up between the metal and the windshield to function as a rubber gasket. It will attach to the windshield later just fine.
