Ditto. Any reaction content I watch of any kind (and other than here it's mostly music and movies) is mostly for the _reaction_ (and often analysis when it comes to music especially) of the host(s), and that's certainly no different here. Henry and Jeannie (and Kai when we see her on this channel) make me smile.

for anyone wondering, Vinland is not just in the anime. It was an old Viking colony in Canada (newfoundland) around the year 1000 AD. It was soon abandoned as the Vikings and the locals didnt get along too well (communication was probably hard) and traffic there (and almost to greenland too) ceased. the name "Vinland" comes from the Norse word for "wine" (vin) and the word "land" which is the same in all germanic languages. little history lesson for anyone interested.

13:07 Cat's actually have a specific way of showing that they are displeased with something which can be sometimes seen as one cat doing a combo "sneeze/hiss/weird cough" at another cat. This usually ends in two scenario's 1) the less dominant cat learning not to do that thing as it annoys the more dominant cat. 2) the more dominant cat will learn to do that thing way more as it annoys the less dominant cat. Vinland, Vineland, or Winland[4] (Old Norse: Vínland hið góða, lit. 'Vinland the Good') was an area of coastal North America explored by Vikings. Leif Eriksson landed there around 1000 AD, nearly five centuries before the voyages of Christopher Columbus and John Cabot. The name appears in the Vinland Sagas, and describes Newfoundland and the Gulf of Saint Lawrence as far as northeastern New Brunswick. Much of the geographical content of the sagas corresponds to present-day knowledge of transatlantic travel and North America. It was easier to go through Wikipedia than to translate from Icelandic.

And the image generator is not as good at understanding language, so the more he keeps mentioning chopsticks the more it's going to draw them. Telling an image generator to not draw chopsticks wont really work since it'll only see chopsticks. To me this was like watching someone yelling at a kid that's trying it's best, it's just sad how shitty people are.

22:05 it's very common for women to hurt themselves and then accuse their partner of said 'abuse' in order to gain both sympathy and to punish their partner in some way. the problem is that it's rarely recorded, thus their partner is automatically guilty and women usually just want a little bit of punishment to make their partner feel bad, but once this is reported to the authorities, the partner can end up in jail for years if not decades, thus far surpassing the amount of punishment the female wanted to inflict on her partner, but since she's now caught up in the lie, she has to keep going along with it or face punishment herself once the 'system' takes over....

That shit is hard to do, even just wrapping your head around how a gainer works in the first place is pretty tough for a non-gymnast/newbie. The actual personal execution under pressure, however is a WHOLE different beast, yet somehow my older brother did gainers by accident more often than he did normal flips. Half of a gymnast's "career" as it were, is viewed through motion blur/dizziness sadly, so she only has this video to show her how cool that was.

A little disappointed but not surprised the school system didn't drill the Constitution and Bill of Rights into you two in your time there. You should know your rights and how they apply to your everyday life so you don't inadvertently give them up and lose them. Your rights protect you, but it's the responsibility of each person to protect their rights in return. You can't do that if you don't even know what they are and how they apply. It is a an absolute privilege to be born in this country and automatically become a citizen; personally I think there should be a citizenship test in order to get your high-school diploma or be allowed to vote.

8:56 EVEN IF she had been in the U.S., once you leave the "Right of Egress" area that is NEXT to the road (usually around 10' from the edge of the road. specifically they measure it from the center line of the road and can be on average between 25 and 35 feet from the center line. a good rule of thumb is that you can go up to the same distance from the road as the power lines as the power company needs the 'right of way' in order to work on the power lines, thus the public has the same amount of distance). You can clearly see that she is VERY DEEP into their property and could legally be considered to be trespassing and can be REMOVED physically from the property by as much force as it would take to make the person to leave and not return. AND IF she should happen to sustain some extra injuries during the process of being removed from the property, then that could usually be explained that it was necessary due to her 'fighting back' during the process...

The supreme court has already ruled that if you are in a location where you would have no expectation of privacy, you can be recorded. This is the first amendment protection for freedom of the press. If you're perfectly visible from the road on your front lawn, and the recorder is in a place they have a right to be, they can record all they want. This applies to all US soil. If state laws conflict with this, the SCOTUS ruling would supersede it in court.

@@IhaveAdiscordKitten You could be right, depending on where she was standing and the area off camera. There isn't really a law prohibiting you from recording on private property if the owner forbids it (to my knowledge). It's simply if you are on private property and have been given notice to leave (or stay off prior to entering), then you are trespassing and must leave. The owner can simply say you must either stop doing XYZ or leave the property. But you can record someone in their private-property front yard from a public sidewalk all you want, as unless they have some sort of fence, they do not have an expectation of privacy on their front lawn that all the cars drive by. However, if they're in the front room of their home, and you're recording them through their window, things start to change as the expectation of privacy starts to change.

I looked it up once, in the US it is legal to film anyone without their consent unless they're somewhere where they expect privacy, like the restroom or a dressing room. So all the people that talk about "you don't have my consent to record me" unfortunately, it's not up to them. But again, that's in the US.

This is sort of true, the Supreme Court ruling in Anonymous v Anonymous ruled that you can incidentally record someone, you can record someone committing a crime if you happen upon it, or you have prior knowledge that it will happen. But you cannot just follow a person and record them hoping that you will catch them breaking the law. Similarly, if you are recording in a public place, or a place with public access where recording has not been prohibited by the owner, then again you can incidentally record anyone. However, you cannot follow a person recording them, that does breach their reasonable expectation of privacy, even though they are in a public place. Also, you generally must gain permission before recording audio, even in security footage. This can be accomplished with signs placed at all entrances. And yes, anyone who is employed by the public and working in public does not have a reasonable expectation to privacy while performing their work, however... they gain back that expectation while on breaks or performing work that is not in the service to the public. AKA, a police officer is serving the public by arresting a person, however they are not serving the public while filing the paperwork on why they arrested that person.
