Nano didn't even try to make her a bad person. She was already on her own. At the end she didn't laugh so she wasn't satisfied with the result because she didn't understand the message she was trying to give since she already is far gone

Nanno never really wanted to push her to her breaking point but to snap her out of her trance of needing to be so controlling to make up for her lost sense of control due to her husband leaving. Nanno even says at the end that she's just a fool that let her husband's leaving turn her into a monster instead of being a better person. I think a lot of people see Nanno as evil but she's really very neutral. She just holds up a mirror to let you see who you are and where your weaknesses are but lets you decide which path to take to either improve or stay the same or become worse

Do you know what the sad part is? the school knows, her co-worker knows. when she told the other teacher that she and her son was fine when her son was already dead. and when she stab a student. you can clearly see that she was mentally unstable and they could've helped her. Have her see a doctor or something. Instead they just fired her try to get rid of her and treated like she is no longer their problem, and then she came back and become their problem...

@@cristaljustice4534 that's true! Nanno usually ruins the lives of people who are AWARE of their wrongdoings but Ms Aum is visibly not mentally stable and isn't really... Herself like she once was. Fun fact: some religions believe that mental disorders aren't the doings of the devil himself, rather something natural within that person. What Ms Aum seems to be experiencing is out of Nanno's control.

The most horrific episode of what is a really dark show. This series works on every level and is truly one of the best series I've ever seen.

At first I thought this was the most boring episode. But then when it was revealed that she killed her son and she had psychological problems, this skyrocketed to one of my favorite episodes. I just love anything psychological. This also exposed how rotten most educational system in South East Asia, how they're not run by honor, but by bribing and nepotism. The way the teacher walked into the school grounds with her stilettos and her son's trolley was 100% badass.

I think it may be related from Nanno wanting people to be seen at their worst. Her job wasn't really needed since the teacher already was losing her mind from the beginning and would've probably did something similar at the end even if Nanno wasn't there. This perhaps made Nanno not exactly satifised with how things have come to in the end. Maybe she thought that the teacher had put things too far? However I am not suggesting that Nanno didn't feel sympathy for the teacher, it's unknown whenever she did or not because it's pretty hard to read what Nanno's true feelings are about this. This is just an opinion of mine anyway, I respect if people see it differently.

The Person who was stubbornness never went crazy killed many students. Stubbornness is common in human but that never will be the reason of her mental health issues. It's interesting that this episode, Nanno didn't actually have much of an effect on the teacher. Teacher didn't need to get pushed by her, she was already heading into a downward spiral. Maybe that's why Nanno didn't laugh

I noticed how Nanno would make anyone she targeted feel crazy when they finally gave into bad desires, but it didn't really take much with this teacher. She was already off the deep end and really sick, I found that interesting.

Wow this episode portrait a lot about how true the education system is so terrible and how depression is really a serious matter.

One of my favorite episode. I genuinely feel so sorry for the teacher :(

This episode both scarred me and made it into one of my top favorite episodes. I still rewatch it, the depiction of insanity was just beautiful and when it was revealed that she killed her son and was suffering with physiological issues, MAN I was shook. Even the little things like the way she continued firing the gun after it was out of bullets was amazing, it showed that she really was out of her mind. The actress deserves an award, she really played the part of the mentally unstable woman. Overall, 20/10 episode.

Still baffles me the fact that no one cares to be sympathetic with her. But yeah the school head did tried a bit. Nanno tried and gave her some meds. She didn't even have family relatives or friends at all. This is truly sad. She got depression and it made her crazy. Tbh, it's pretty unfair that Nanno pushed her coz she isn't in her right mind unlike the rest she manipulated who are only fueled by greed, jealousy, selfishness etc. But maybe she is just trying to make the teacher snap out of it idk. Just simply shows everyone is fucked; school system and us when we needed mental help. , I'll have to see what Nanno's real motive is in the next episodes.

Nanno is like a representation of karma. She is like the snake in the garden. She gave the apple but it was up to eve to eat it or not. She was there to deliver karma to the teacher for her actions. And by that I mean killing her child. And she wasn't the only one who got karma. For example her ex husband now has to live being known as the guy who impregnated a student and the guy with the crazy wife.

Imagine if you were sick and stayed home from school and suddenly you were informed that everyone died thanks to a former teacher.

This episode was my favorite. That teacher who went down the path of insanity was just too realistic and unnerving.

This episode was one of the most realistic examples of a nervous breakdown ever. Excellent actress!

It's been 2 years and I still think Girl from nowhere is one of the best in netflix

Teacher need more social skill, Ms.Aum should be somewhat like scientist or researcher.

Makes me wonder how do they deal with mental health in Thailand and in their school. The school staff and principal knew that she lost her son after her husband left, did they know how the son died? Can they really keep her in school in that situation without insisting more even if she say she is fine :/

This is probably the darkest scene from the whole season. It left me so shook 😯

This is my favorite Episode. Her life was spiral out of control, her husband cheated on her and got student pregnant. She tried to be a good teacher and what she got in return was the whole school hated her. the last straw was when she was fired and lose the last thing that important to her. and the final scene where she just lose it and went murder spree could be prevented. the sign where there, when she said she and her son was fine when her son was already dead and everyone know, and when she stabed a student. everyone knows but ignore all the sign. she was mentally unstable and needed help from the school, from her colleague. idk have her see a doctor or something. instead she getting treat like crap. people actually made fun of her situation. I think the people that got punish by Nanno was the school and the staff and all the student, people who treated her like crap. The episode was exaggerated but it actually reflected our society where we create toxic environment, kick people when they're down instead of helping them. we treat it like it not our problem until it become our problem and affect us. we see them as a problem for our society, a bad person. As if someone just wake up one day and decided to become a bad person and go murder spree or something.

@@f4tal_ I'm seeing these questions everywhere for some reason? Her intentions were to make Ms Aum think twice about her actions but it clearly didn't work out too well. I think Ms Aum being in mentally unstable state is what interfered with Nanno's plan. Nanno's job is to play with people, find out their intentions. Ms Aum isn't necessarily herself anymore after she had a husband and son who disappeared from her life. she hasn't got the mental capability to decide responsibly about what she truly wants. She had constant delusional thoughts which are out of her control and she can't stop. After all, it's not like she can just "stop" being mentally unstable. This is not a profession of Nanno's

This is a whole new level of psychopath. Yes, she has been through a lot but it just unlocked the evil inside of her which was always there. I mean she is capable of killing her own freaking son, and other children, teachers. In the end she went too far that when Nanno unlocked self doubt in her she went nuts in seconds and killed herself.

Humans usually like to think that they're ready for these kind of events which involve violence and getting harmed by another, but realistically, most of their minds become so shocked and frightened, that their body will become stiff like a stunned animal. The human becomes slower and remains frightened for their lives, making them an easy target for the murderer to kill. This is why it's so easy for most murderers to kill others in a snap.

I can relate to her (save for harming others), I was also in a bad place at some point. The thing about this episode is that Nanno entered the school as a respectful student, who liked her teaching style, voted for her, checked up on her, gave her medicine etc. She genuinely tried to help her, but when Ms. Aum's psychosis took over and got fixated on her resemblance to the student her husband left her for, she refused any help. I believe that Nanno's original plan was to check whether the school or the Ms Aum should get bad Karma (the school from being cruel to her and the messed up school system, her if her depression made her more cruel to the people around her), but when everybody died at the end, it was all for nothing and nobody learned their lesson. That's why Nanno left without a smile and we don't hear her laugh. Ms Aum refused all help and let her problems take over her life and make her a bad person, the students and the teachers didn't put any large effort into helping her and were even glad she left. Nobody changed in this episode, and the massacre only put a stop to any development that could've happened as Nanno might have intended. What I do think is alarming is how many people fail to see Ms Aum as the real victim here. Obviously, she was never the best person to begin with and murdering people is obviously not a good thing to do, but the reason why she did that is often ignored. Her ex-husband was the one who cheated on her and groomed and impregnated a student, yet Ms Aum is seen as the bad one while her husband is pitied. The students don't like her because she actually wants to teach and are just whining and making fun of her. Her frustration about her ex-husband channels into an obsession of being a good teacher and fixing the system (because if her husband had a good teacher, he wouldn't have cheated on her), her depression and exhaustion send her into psychotic episodes that lead her to killing or injuring people without noticing. I don't condone anything that she did, but I do feel sympathy for her. This episode shows how people who are mean and cold on the outside might actually suffer a lot from the inside, and that we shouldn't be quick judge someone without knowing about the things going on in their life.
