I’ve been doing IVF for a year now, there’s been a lot of ups and downs for sure. I went to a clinic in San Antonio TX and I LOVE my doctor!! It’s definitely a lot on the body but I keep holding onto it’ll be worth it in the end.

Hi, I came here from Spotify just so I can comment on IVF and Ozempic. Hopefully what I'm about to explain makes sense (I don't have children and not trying so this is not about me). A friend who is not overweight and trying for babies decided to get on Ozempic. She was diagnosed with PCOS and nothing was helping. She was about to start her IVF journey but tried Ozempic first and now she's pregnant! She had been trying for almost a year. Just throwing that out there. Now the other thing I want to say is that I'm 32, gained about 30lbs and can't lose weight. I don't want ozempic but I asked my doctor and she recommended Hiphenolic (a vitamin made out of natural ingredients). Well I decided to do some research before purchasing some women say they've been able to get pregnant and it seems to work just like Ozempic. Again, something for y'all to check out 🙃

For your back you may have muscular trigger point or overuse in one muscle and weakness in another. You can see a physical therapist to address it without a doctor’s script.

Fi literally has such a gorgeous body + personality. Why are people on social media so judgmental?

Loosing weight slowly on ozempic is probably way safer than the rapid weight loss, go fi!

Hey Mari, I’m also trying to conceive I’ve been really enjoying following with your journey. I wanted to ask if Greg is doing saunas? Ive heard they aren’t the best for sperm production? I’ll copy and paste what I read.. A sauna visit will not immediately kill all of your sperm, but the heat that saunas generate can cause damage to sperm and sperm production, especially when you go to a sauna regularly. Healthy sperm production requires a scrotal temperature 2-3 degrees lower than the body temperature. I’m sure you probably know about this but thought I’d share the info just incase. All the best with your ttc journey you’re so inspiring

She said in a previous episode that he is not doing sauna sessions as much as he used to and if he does he brings an ice pack to put on his testicles while he is in there.

Highly recommend listening to Allie Beth Stuckey’s recent podcast with a former IVF doctor blowing the whistle on IVF practices!

It's so crazy that people try for 6 months and jump into IVF as if it were nothing. People are so anxious! I have friends who tried for years to get pregnant and it happens naturally, I get the stress as I'm also going to the second year of trying, but that should not be the first option. After listening to Allie Beth's podcast we concluded that IVF is not an option for our family. we trust GOD and I’m sure good things are going to happen. Prayers for you Mari ❤

It took me 7 years to get pregnant. I wasn't trying but I wasn't preventing it. I started thinking I just couldn't. As soon as I stopped thinking about it is when it happened. I got pregnant with my second child 5 1/2 years later no protection or prevention! So sometimes it just takes time and it not on our schedule.

I have to add I was with the same person the entire time. Father of both of my children we were together 17years. No longer with him due to very personal reasons ( but it is a good thing for the children and myself)

I died laughing at Fi's Shrek comments! My name is Fiona too and I completely empathize with her. How's your ogre husband? Do you change into an ogre at night?.. the list goes on.
