Listening to this I’m glad I gave up on spironolactone after three months.. I just decided to try natural supplements even though the meds were working. My acne never came back.

Branch basics $45 hand soap. Now I know why we allow the chemicals in our home. Most homes won’t be able to afford that!

Truly Free is a great detergent. They do sales pretty often and if you can catch a sale it comes out to about $8-$9 a bottle. I used the scented version (smells amazing) but you can request unscented after ordering if you shoot them an email. Heads up, their website looks like spam but it's the real deal lol

A homemade burger and fries can be an extremely healthy meal (a go-to of ours tbh) but I love her point that moderation can mean chronic illness/pain for some of us so it’s frustrating when people call us orthorexic.
