The reason why people get upset by the quality of food you eat is because they can’t afford it. Try finding “grass fed, organic, humane, free range” meat at the food shelf. You’re now telling people, including parents struggling to feed their families, “ew I would never touch that food it’s so bad for you”. Maybe make an episode on how to be healthy affordably, and actually try it for yourself. Also I’ve been vegan for 25 years now. I have very low body fat, high muscle mass, and I wake up everyday feeling AMAZING. Great skin, shiny hair, healthy teeth, perfect vision. You can’t take someone who did the vegan diet wrong, and compare them to educated vegans doing it right.

That’s precisely is the point- one can be a healthy vegan but it takes a lot of mental energy, knowledge and continuing research to stay on top of your nutrition deficiencies. Most people aren’t that. Hence why there aren’t many true vegans around who have a clean bill of health.

@@mariechelnokova5298 what nutritional deficiencies are you speaking of? You can have nutritional deficiencies on literally any diet. Most people don’t have a clean bill of health, especially in America. Going vegan and prioritizing whole foods would benefit 99.9% of the population in a country where your greatest chance of dying is from obesity, cardiac arrest, and diabetes.
