The Jake Origin Story: I grew up with glasses, 5.00 diopter high myopia, and yet today have 20/20 natural eyesight. No surgery, no glasses, I figured out how myopia actually works and how to reverse it (and no, not eye exercises!) The mainstream tells you it's impossible - but the whole concept that myopia is an illness, is complete unscientific nonsense (a 100 billion dollar a year profitable nonsense, though).

Don't say no one listens Jake. We listen. We count!
Very impressive progress!
just waiting so eagerly to be able to do the program😍
Love Gina's enthusiasm, it's infectious! and yes Jake, I made the same mistake of dropping diopters by too much and stalling progress!
I actually started with -3.75 concontacts at 18. Highest I was prescribed was -6 in my right eye. As of now I'm prescribed -5.75 but currently using -5.5. This gives me hope that I can get back down to -3.75 or even lower.

Jenni Kroeger can you tell me what are the exercises?

It’s not exercises, it’s teaching yourself to focus clearly -Jake calls it active focus. This relaxes the tight cillary muscles and your vision slowly improves, its unlearning our bad habits. Watch all the videos you can. Then go the website and join the Facebook group if you can -people help and encourage each other. But you are expected to use the information given -nobody will spoon feed you. It’s worth it if you are serious about improving your eyes with hard work and effort.

Hi Jake Can u pls help me how can i fix my myopia i m just 13yrs old .im wearing a lens of power -11 on right eye and -7 on left eye
If I got prescribed glasses but never wore them, should I start doing lens reductions from what they gave me? Or should I do active focus without the glasses and just spend more time outside?
Do I need to wear glasses when I practice active focus or without ? Plz inform sir plz
Hi Jake ,what are ur views abt Surevision pinhole glasses
Hey jake I was thinking about VR specifically psvr and I originally thought it would be bad for my eyes but when I put the headset on without glasses I couldn’t see like real life then when I put them on it was a lot better does that mean that psvr pulls the focal point farther or closer to the back of your eye? I would like you to make a video on virtual reality headsets and whether they are good bad or if it just doesn’t affect anything. Anyways thanks for all the videos you’ve made I really appreciate it and keep it up!😁

Hi ! I ask myself the same question. It would be really interesting to know. Thanks !
Please someone answer What's the best type of Lighting for studying? @Jake Steiner?
not only do i have bad eyesight. i also, have a small noticeable bump on my nose. i get made fun off and it actually ruins my side profile. my older sister had the same thing but she got lasik. a year later, the bump disappeared. it gives me a lot more motivation to get rid of it and take back my vision at 21.

I went to optometrist for my reduction. I went inside and tell her to reduce some of my diopter but she told me not to do so because my burly vision was due to cataract....! I was totally confused whether to reduce or not? So at last I didn't reduced it and came back home sadly 😭. Do you have any idea about the cataract..? OR If the cataract is being removed or it is gone the can I reduced my prescription...?? I REALLY NEED SUGGESTIONS OR ANY IDEAS.. HELP ME!!!

get a second opinion from another optometrist.
"Atropine eye drops" does it helps to decrease myopia?
@naman7533
4 жыл бұрын
No . It's a mydriatic . It also causes cycloplegia for days don't use it
Actually that doctor who suggested she wear reading glasses was right because reading glasses reduce myopia
I’m recommended to take statins too but refuse. Eat less & clean & perspire often enough 🙏🏼👍🏼
Maybe you can drop by more than 0.25 diopters if you are above like -4.00...

I am getting closer to actual significant improvement. I think I have improved my habits and my eyes are relaxed and seeing better. If I improve by 0.25 again then I will know that it is working and that it isn't just relaxing the eyes making my vision better.
#1 tip don’t use those pesky mind controlling glasses!
