This is why Craig is brilliant. Gina admits that she's nervous, and Craig gives her questions about her passions, and directs the conversation until she gets comfortable. Now that's how you host a talk show.

She had to work for it. It was a series of about 5 small scandals that brought her down so it was more of the final straw breaking the camel's back. I remember when Kathy Griffin's career was ended for two years because she pulled a rubber mask out of a bag. Gina was an actor on a kid show getting to wear costumes and get paid buckets of money for doing it. And she was awesome as angel dust in the Deadpool movie. But she lacked the ability to avoid saying controversial things. Different topics but really no different than Brie Larson who kept angering male customers and had her role reduced significantly. It is interesting that the first three examples that come to mind are all women. Pretty sure that some males have damaged their careers by saying offensive things but they didn't come to mind. I know Cuba was removed from the Marvel Universe because his ego was too big and Norton likewise. But this wasn't because they said controversial things. However Pratt is conservative but doesn't say political or gender things to piss off his customers.

If it was the owner, then the business suffered as customers left. Also, I'm going to be gracious and assume you are consistent and support ms Larson and ms griffin in their speech as well but many of the most people supporting ms carino called for others to be fired or boycotted. And mocking trans people isn't "saving the world from going south." It's bullying a group of people who have it hard enough already.

@@macmcleod1188 You are all over the place and I honestly can't tell what kind of point you are trying to make. Kathy Griffin didn't lose any gigs when she pulled her Trump head bit, in fact, that made her more relevant than she has was in the years prior. It didn't really gain her anything, but you can't really lose if you're not in the running for anything. Gina lost her acting career because she said some "controversial" things that weren't in line with the typical Hollywood liberal philosophy. Contrary to what you said, Chris Pratt catches a lot of grief for his for his political alignment without even making any real statements. Making controversial statements as an actor or actress is perfectly fine, just as long as you're on the accepted side of the political spectrum.

That's because most judge people 1 based on what they see. First impressions. What they see on the surface. A lot of the most public and successful people (e.g. professional rockstars, actors and athletes) are the shyest people. And usually the most "real". It's the people that rely on BS and fakery that have nothing underneath. No substance. "All show...no go..."... Which IMHO also applies to people that like to "look wealthy"...buy cars and other material items they can't truly afford (e.g. $90k car + $500k home...doesn't jive).

Holy shit! I always pictured Gina as Wonder Woman but with blonde hair she totally could be Captain Marvel. That casting would instantly fix so many things. Firstly all fight scenes in Captain Marvel movies would have the potential to be vastly superior to any other comic book movie simply because Gina looks legit in action sequences, because she actually knows what its like to trade blows. Secondly, so much of the annoying stigma surrounding the character feeling forced to the front would disappear with someone like Gina in the role because Gina's natural charisma never seems like she wants to be center stage but she has this weird low-key charisma where its impossible to take your eyes off her and always look at what she's doing.

But people especially young generation idolize them, follow their morals (or lack of). I'm at same age with Miley Cyrus, growing up seeing so many female classmates glued their eyes to the show. I thinking Hollywood has corrupted her at the early age by introducing to the culture of money, fame and instant gratification without any morals principles.
