Gin Blossoms - Allison Road (Live at Farm Aid 1994)

Музыка

Gin Blossoms perform "Allison Road" live at the Farm Aid concert in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 18, 1994. Farm Aid was started by Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp in 1985 to keep family farmers on the land and has worked since then to make sure everyone has access to good food from family farmers. Dave Matthews joined Farm Aid's board of directors in 2001.
For more information about Farm Aid, visit: farmaid.org/youtube
Farm Aid's performances are donated by the artists in order to raise funds and raise awareness for family farmers. They've raised their voices to help - what can you do?

In defense of my fellow dudes, YOUR sons--when I similarly took an 8-track or an LP from my older brother or sister or my parents--I NEVER INTENDED ON PERMANENTLY KEEPING IT! Signing off, a 1973-born dude!! (It was just too late to give it back by the time we all grew up) PS--your boys/MEN have great taste like their Mom... That being said, they'll never be another Doug Hopkins!

The Gin Blossoms and many of their musical influences (like The Replacements, The Church, R.E.M.) came from the 80s. There's more good music to that decade than you'd think.

To think that they want us to believe that humanity is evolving for the better, haha, seeing how music has deteriorated to the level of having people who don't sing, but rather babble and don't write lyrics, or know how to play instruments, just with that little hint you can see that humanity is falling ever lower. Hopefully we go back to a time where creative people take control again but I find it very hard to believe.. I Miss bands like Gin Blossoms.
