Love your artwork! I just got into reverse glass painting and gilding at the beginning of December. Made a handful of presents for family members and absolutely fell in love with the process, but man was I unprepared for the learning curve. I wish I found your video's sooner lol, would have saved me so much trial and error and googling! On that note, can I ask two things. 1: How did you keep your gloves from sticking to the mask!? The entire time I watched I was in awe because my gloves stuck to my vinyl mask like crazy and it actually made it insanely hard for me to keep the lines clean since I was wrestling with wet painted vinyl sticking all over my gloves. 2. I know about the term water gilding but I'm unfamiliar with how it works. It can't be just water right? Is there something used with the water to make the leaf stick? I used imitation leaf with an adhesive size and although the end results were great, the brush strokes came through heavily so I'm thinking of trying water gilding so the brush strokes don't show through as much. Thanks and I love your art!

Great work as always! I have a couple questions. 1. How long do you let the background paint dry before removing the mask? 2. What are you thinning the paint with? Any hardener? I have an issue with pulling up paint when peeling back the mask. Thanks!

Thabks vektor! Normally I wait around 15 minutes. Less if I have a lot to pick or if it is super easy to remove. I'm not using hardener for these. I normally use a bit of mineral spirits. I do a lot of my videos in my house and want to keep the amount of toxic stuff I use down 😅

Hi David. My dad has a plotter he uses to make drawings and stencils and I mostly use that at the moment.
