GIANTS LIVE DEADLIFT CHAMPS RECAP! | PULLING 1000LBS
The dust has settled after what was another amazing Giant's Live show. Here's my recap of the Deadlift championships in Manchester, which saw me join the 1000LB deadlift club and take home that 2nd place trophy.

Doing Europe's a week after the Shaw Classic sounds just brutal.
Would love to see Bish pull 505 one day! :D

Don't worry we'll see it.
Some people in their lifetime would love to DL 200 kilo's. Even fewer may be able to get to 300. These boys are beginning to get going at 400. 400 Kilo's. Absolutely mega. PS - I quite like the 'speed' side of the stones. People need to bear in mind it's 180 kilo's in a round stone they're lifting to head height. Get some bloody perspective. These guys are made of a completely different gravy.
I was in the crowd that night cheering for you Bish. It was fucking biblical mate
I love hearing you are aiming for the 505! Big fan here, good luck at the Shaw Classic.
Super strong work Bish, was watching the livestream and you performed so well, that deadlift Was incredible and wow that stone run was insane, keep it up!
Can’t wait to see what you can achieve, BISH BASH BOSH
can't wait to see you at the shaw classic man, that show was amazing last year this year sounds even more amazing
Coming to see you Bish can’t wait!!!!
Keep on keeping on Bish 👍 you are an amazing athlete and ambassador for sport.
Super stoked to watch you compete live at the shaw classic!!!
Great take on the stones.
I don’t understand why fans complain about weight selection. MOST of the time the people who are in the top 5 on stones with the heavy set will be top 5 on the lighter set, if you want to watch the best strongman in the world compete often, you can’t have max weights on everything. I want to watch the best strongman compete often - I think sometimes the fans have some idea in their heads they can move the same kind of weight these top guys do. Awesome video Adam, you are an incredibly well rounded strength athlete.👍🔥
Yes Adam - go get that WR DEADLIFT!
The Best of luck to you Bish from México!!
loved seeing you at the shaw classic, you’re awesome!
Super entertaining event. Congrats on the great performance.
Such a great guy.
It's so crazy how much these lads are pulling now! Madness
That was a helluva lift. I didn’t know you had reached that elite level . Amazing progress😎
Great performance Bishop.
Fantastic performance the other day 👍💪 gotta be the fastest time I’ve seen on those stones by someone who’s not called Tom stoltman and maybe Thor. Good luck for all the other shows your doing
Saw that hummer pull at the weekend, you were unreal !!!
Go on Bishop!! 505!!!
Stoked to hear you're interested in going for the 505. While watching the deadlift championships I was actually thinking to myself that exact thing, "Bish looked surprisingly good on that 475 attempt... you know what, if he bulked up, he might really have a shot at that record". In the past you've been known as more of a lighter, technical fast guy rather than one of the static monsters, but that strength just keeps going up and up.
It looked like it was hard to breath in Colorado especially after that medley !! Nice one brian ,haha.
Bish keeps getting bigger and bigger
Yes Bish. You'll pull that weight next year.
Big up bishhhhhhhhh
The bish will start winning big things very soon Top pro Legend
gotta say he had the cleanest 1000 pound pull of the 6 guys at the show
The shaw classic lvl of competition is crazy even without the stoltmans and novikov. With them its wsm lvl of competition. Also the kit looks pretty great.

@@Micheldied I said lvl of competition not how the show looks. Objectively without the last 2 wsm it wont be quite as elite but pretty much the rest of the top guys are there. No licis kilisikowski or luke richardson as well but they have been missing all the shows so eh.

@@jacobsvetich8735 you only have to beat the ppl who show up. Every competition is unique. The shaw classic 21 is gonna be awesome!
Getting your deadlift to be the best in the world would be a very good move especially for WSM.
Adam is officially on a trading card now (courtesy of The Shaw Classic) how cool is that :-)
top effort bloke
I was sitting there tonight gutted you had to pull out, but I said to loz the line ups for comps will change dramatically with this stacked competition period, hope your ok
I’d love to see you pull 505, would be insane!!
6:44 totaly agree
Adam could Definetly hit 505 if he put the work in!
Would be great to see you go for 505. Totally agree it's pointless for guys to say "if... I would have won".
I don’t think your 475kg attempt was through lack of strength but you know deadlifts more than me. I think a year from now that 505kgs can definitely be achieved. You are the reason I am starting strength training aged 45 btw. I have been watching your videos and am gutted I was late the your channel when you reviewed your subscribers deadlifts. My technique is much better for the tips you have given. Much respect from down the road in Petersfield
Come on Bish! Would love to see you pull the 505kg
Couldn't agree more RE using the 'lighter' set of stones. They're still more than heavy enough to be a strongman show. But as you said, accounts for the short season with lots of shows. Think it's smart. And even if that wasn't the case, I think we don't need every event to be a 'max' (that includes max weight, reps and holds). Should be heavy enough it's strongman, but everyone enjoys a good race with tight finishes thrown into the mix :).
Evan made a very wise decision to stay in the U.K. and train for Manchester. Had he flown in from the states, one and two could have been transposed. Good luck at the Shaw and Europe's...if you were to win one, I'd rather have it be Europe's...
You can do it this year
Last time I was in the gym, I was squatting and had 145 kg on the bar, and it seemed like the bar was bending. So I said to no one in particular look how much the bar is bending. It just turns out that commercial gyms only have bent bars, but whatever, it somehow made me feel good. I could load a bar with 400+ kg, but I doubt the gym has that many plates available... This is BTW why I can't squat that weight :D Just not enough plates, hahah. Oh, wait, you also have to have access to those thin plates, because the sleeves don't hold that many bumper plates. Have fun at the Shaw Classic. That comp is bound to become a lot more professional and interesting than the Arnold Classic or even WSM. I guess it already is. I like the format with more events and run by athletes for athletes who deserve the best treatment. The pay is also good, right? Maybe the exposure isn't so great yet.
Keep being you
Would be great to see Bish train to pull 505 kg
❤️💪🙏
The rate of these shows is flippin crazy. Europe's straight after Shaw classic... Yikes. I guess technically if you're injury free a week is enough to recover but it's still brtual, and of course massively increases the risk of injury.
I think that Singleton was on a higher mg level on this competition.
What is the logo on ypur hat? Win the shaw classic too!!!

just an algo comment
Was a bit silly the way they jumped up so much in weight. Sure, people are looking for a world record but it's still a comp. Ended up with, what, all but one person lifting one of two different weights. Makes for a totally unfair points split.
That’s amazing. How much juice do you run???????????????????????????????????????????(??????????????
