They could just make the ice cream cone cap removable, like a cover over the normal cap so it's more just decoration. The best of both worlds. :)

@@claudia8861 No they are so cute. I would pay just to buy the cap if it was removeable and not part of the polish. In fact I think they should do that so people don;t just throw them away and waste them and people who do want them would pay for them.

I’m so glad they changed their bottles! I thought they were so cute, but as I age, I’m finding it harder to grasp the cap and I’ve actually dropped it on my floor several times because of that. I stopped buying them and using them, but it made me so sad! This is awesome!

Try wrapping the lid with a rubber band to have something to keep it from slipping out of your hand.

The cone is part of the fun of using I Scream Nail polish! Maybe it’s not practical for some peeps but it’s definitely memorable! They do have a few of these new colors I’m going to try but I hope they don’t eliminate the cones entirely!! 💕💅

Oh my god what a HUGE swatch! I'm so impressed. *thunderous applause* That's some dedication right there! As for the new line, I think the bottles/cap/brush are all a great improvement for the brand--certainly a good option for those people who don't like the OG bottle. But for me the thing that attracts me to I Scream Nails in general are their shimmers and other specialty finishes, so these particular polishes don't do it for me (and I do my nails a few times a week so I'm not their targeted long-lasting consumer either lol). Thanks for the swatches Kelli! 😘

I'm sooo excited! I haven't even watched the video yet but I'm just so damn happy I get to sit down with my morning cup of tea and watch swatching for the next half hour! Thank you Kelli!

I love doing this, too. I start my mornings with coffee and the latest videos.

I'm super excited for this because I scream nails is super interesting as a brand to me but one thing that kept me away was the usability of the bottle caps. I hate super thick caps. I'm looking to branch out from China glaze and I usually only buy indie specialty finishes because they're on the more expensive side so I'm really excited for the neon creams and holo jellies. I mean business looks like my mom's favorite color for nail polish so maybe I'll get that for her for Christmas and one for myself so we can have twin manis across the country from each other. I think I'm with you on the green banana thing. It's the texture for me, they're firmer and less mushy on the greener side

I also love China Glaze but I feel like my older bottles are still, even old, a better finish than their newer releases. I've got newer colors gooping up while my old ones just need patient reblending. Do you find that, too?

Love the polish, but oh my gosh, your skin is beautiful! It’s flawless!

Love all the different colors and possibilities. Feels like a solid collection to buy as a gift for a HS or college graduate who is getting into nail polish.... lots of classics, neons, glitters and okay black and white. Definitely would have been a fun jump start to my collection way back. Bananas.... the greener the better. We buy the greenest bunch possible and eat fast. I do freeze them if they get too yellow. There's a huge difference in the sugar amount of green vs yellow and how much it will spike your glycemic index. You don't have to be diabetic to need to pay attention &/or be sensitive to sugar spikes.

Omg 😍 I wear solid crème polishes 99% of the time and these all look so beautiful! As soon as you swatched Savaged I knew I’d have to place an order lol. I agree, it’s such a classic shade!

Great video as always! Thank you for your thorough reviews. I love the scattered holos best. Wicked is a gorgeous polish in concept but I can achieve a similar look with a better finish using one coat of a green glitter polish over a one coat black polish. Have a beautiful day.✌

I agree with 100% about bananas. This nail polish is beautiful and the colors can be used for any season.

I don't like brown spots on the naner as well, but I can appreciate a yellow nan and the slightly green. The less ripe ones are great to cut and put on top of things!

I really love most of the colors.

Wow. That is quite a haul!!! Some of these are so pretty and look smooth as glass. Can we say stamping and nail art??? Yes we can!!!! My favorite is the blue holo one. That one is just dreamy. Going to pick up several of these. I don't mind the ice cream cone bottle myself, I guess it's just not for some people.

Personally I love it! Such a cute design and it makes the bottles unique. But I will say, those ice cream cones can be a pain for storage LOL

I was wondering what those white capped brights were on your nail polish tower and now I know. I am not a fan of their ice cream cone shaped bottles but these look doable. I will likely get Sonic Boom, I love the name and it’s a great looking polish. Thanks for the long slog swatch video, always happy to spend time online with you. 💜

I completely agree with your stance on bananas!! 110%!!!! 😆 The polishes are nice but I have really been wanting to order from I Scream Nails because of their fun specialty finishes and although I'm not a fan of the idea of an ice cream cone cap these finishes don't make me want to make that leap any more than usual.

I love the ice cream bottles that's what made me want to buy them lol. But I am glad they're bigger.

So many of these polish colors are beautiful! Banana preference: my teenage girls are like you, they have to have a little green on them. I’m more on the no green but definitely no brown.

I will say that the greener the banana, the harder they are to digest! But I agree, when they're overly ripe or too soft to enjoy right out of the peel, then it's time for baking. I like mine a somewhat soft yellow that is about to have brown spots. 😋

I love this shirt! I ordered a skirt with that pattern from ASOS and they sent me the wrong thing twice, then assured me they fixed the problem and would send me the right thing, and then sent the wrong skirt a third time. So fun.

Totally agree! I'd say the regular ISN formula leans a bit more intermediate because a lot of them have funky glitters or something in them that requires extra finessing. I really appreciate them making a more "simple" line in addition to what they have!

Love the creme finishes in this swatch review, you could actually see the polish begin to self level as you applied them. I loved all the colors you swatched as well, it was hard to pick just a few! Thanks again, Kelli! Have you ever swatched Parrot Polish? I am curious to find out how they compare to some of the similarly priced brands like KBShimmer, ILNP, or Morgan Taylor.

Like you said, none of these are really "new" colors, but something about this brand's creme formulas makes it seem like I'm seeing these colors for the first time. Couldn't decide on a favorite but I did notice that my eyes kept going back to the neon pastels over and over again. Last thought - I honestly think Ghosted is a perfect fall color, and would look breathtaking on very dark skin.

Amen! Bananas must be slightly green for me to eat them too! I can't stand them when they're super soft and with brown spots. I like them plain or with PB as long as they're slightly green.

I am loving your makeup in this video! 😍 I don't mind a tiny bit of green to my bananas, but I would prefer yellow or yellow plus a little bit of brown. Too brown and I can't do it, I make banana bread.

Do you think the Wicked polish would apply better with a sponge? Love the collection. Neons aren't my thing, but I can appreciate them. There are some pretty colors in there.

I’m most interested in restricted access too, it’s a really interesting color for a cream.

I would call "Ghosted" a khaki or maybe army green. That sort of beige-green kind of color.

I've been looking for a nice minty shade and fuzzy love looks really cool!! Any input if you had to pick between HOLO TACO crimson void, or ilnp's Broadway ~ which is the one u would pick? They look really similar

I just air dry them! It's a bit of a process haha but I don't want to tamper with the formula at all or do anything that might cause bubbling or wrinkling 😅❤️

Wow that is quite a collection. They really covered a lot on this new release. I'm not a banana person at all even the smells makes me nauseous. My husband however likes them. I buy him green and slightly green so he can eat them longer. I think he prefers to eat them mostly yellow.

IScream Nails: so do you want pastel neon skittle or normal neon skittle? :) I used to like light hints of green on banana, but now I like them straight yellow or touches of brown.

I like them kind of green, like a greenish yellow, just barely ripe, firm, and not too sweet.

100000% agree on bananas: lil bit green is perfect. After that I have a sliding scale for 1: yellow - oatmeal, 2: yellow but it seems to be contemplating brownness - into the freezer for smoothies, 3: faintest hint of brown: frozen for banana bread. Smoothie bananas & banana bread bananas have separate, labeled freezer bags. There are no banana compromises 😋

I used to be on board with slightly ripe bananas for smoothies but ever since I threw a green banana in a smoothie, I can't even stand that sweetness of a ripe banana in my smoothies 🤣 am I crazy?? Maybe a little LOL

Always happy to see a brand try something new, test the waters, and I know supply chain issues continue to be a real burden on small businesses. Stalker Alert looks so bright and fun as an orange!! ✴🍊 Since the very first ingredient is formaldehyde, I'm sadly going to have to pass on this whole line. My nails are in good shape now, and polishes that are formulated to harden nails (as formaldehyde is often used to bond with the keratin) just make mine break and snap. I also learned that many brands of smudge-free top coats are also formulated with basically identical/near identical ingredients and order as nail hardeners. ☹

The list of ingredients on the nail polish page is a list of things that the polish does NOT include. Their polish is 10 free and from their website it states: I Scream Nails PLUS nail polish is *free* of the following: Formaldehyde, Tosylamide Formaldehyde Resin & Ethyl Tosylamide, Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate, Xylene, Triphenyl Phosphate, Camphor, Animal by-products and animal derived ingredients, Benzophenones, Styrene acrylates So you should be good to go.

Ah yes sorry for the confusion, there's no formaldehyde in these! Anything 3-free or over is likely to NOT have formaldehyde, as that's one of the "Big Three" that brands are trying to cut out of polish!

@@KelliMarissa No apology necessary it was my own error, thank you both Alexa and Kelli for clarifying. 😊 You even mentioned in the video that the brand didn't specify what ingredient is performing the "strengthening" part of the formula, and I clearly had a brain fart and converted the exclusion list into inclusion list in my head... totes my bad. 😅 I personally still don't need a strengthening formula, but good to know it's not formaldehyde.

My husband and I are green banana people! I can’t do 100% green though. I’d say a perfect banana is mostly yellow but has some pretty obvious green streaks. Once the green is gone though, the banana is only to be used for baking.

I agree with you 100% that there has to be some green on my bananas! I like my bananas like I like my nail polish, a little green! 😂

Just turned totally yellow with no brown spots is my preference, however the greener they are the harder they are to digest and I've had 5+ feet of intestines removed and can't handle any bananas that aren't gross to me from brown spots. I used to like slightly green if they were organic but the conventional bananas with any green taste plasticy to me.

I could see myself grabbing most of these if I had the coin and they weren't so pricey. $14 cremes seems like a lot to me, they are gorgeous though!

Okay then, let's get going, LOL! When you started putting on that wicked polish, I nearly gagged, it looked just like seaweed in the ocean that washes up next to shore and when you have to step into it, ugg it's just disgusting. I do not like that polish either. It was very disappointing because I really like greens. But the other holo polishes were awesome. I really liked Psyched on you Kelli in 2 coats. I thought it was perfect for you. I was a little disappointed that you didn't do any Jelly Sandwiches. I know it was a long video but I would love to see some of those sandwiched together. Like Ego trip and Sonic Boom, how cool would that look! I think Ego Trip is my favorite out of the holos, and there are just too many in the creams to mention, lol. And, for the Bananas, I like mine to be right in the middle perfectly yellow, I don't like the green in it because it tastes so bitter to me, but I agree with you about the spotted ones they're only good for banana bread. I love I Scream's cone bottle though I only have a few of theirs. I literally had the same convo with a co worker the other day. They get a rancid taste for me if yellow more than 1 day. I only have like 3 days to eat the bananas or they get cut up & go in the freezer for smoothies or more likely they get brown in the freezer in a few months oops. Need to eat more smoothies maybe. Bananas + peanut butter the best.
