Pink lemonade is almost the perfect sunset shade with that pink jelly base and the blue and gold shifts in the flakies. I'm not a big pink fan normally but I love it this way.

I prefer the Cabana collection. In particular, I love Brightside. I think ILNP has the best orange polishes.

IT's my favorite too! I do have a couple of questions for you. I started my collection of ILNP polishes, last winter, so, for how long have you had your oldest of this brand that still performs as well as the beginning without getting thick and sort of dry?

@@anaaraiza51 I'm not the person you asked, but I have about 50 bottles of ILNP and the oldest are about 4-5 years old. The only problem I ever have is using up a bottle and needing to replace it lol. Mine are kept on my dresser and get light, but no direct sun and they all seem to hold their color and I haven't had any get gloopy.

I love ILNP's medium brush! Skinny brushes can be hard to work with but I have little itty bitty hands and I find that a lot of wide brushes are too wide for my nails and are also hard to work with so ILNP's brush is a perfect goldilocks brush for me!

I hear you about the yellows. I don't know what kind of undertones I have, but I don't look good in any yellow. It ends up looking like I have zombie nails or a fungus or something. 😂

I was shocked by how much I liked Bare. Nudes don't usually do it for me because I have the skin tone of raw chicken but that one is so nice! The white also surprised me because my nails are on the longer side and it was almost one coat on me. Also a stan of the Studio Color brush, it's just the best

I would choose all black, as long as I get color on my nails! Need my purples, blues, greens, vampy deep reds! That would solve my issue that sometimes my nails clash with my clothes…

ILNP is my favorite brand! I love their mixed-formula releases partially because I think they have an unrivaled sense of theme - I look forward to each seasonal release and the vibes they manage to translate into the polishes. It's so creative and evocative! I will say although I love that they're building up their crème catalogue, I just hope they don't start coming out with collections too often. The twice-per-season (plus occasional trio drop) is perfect, still a lot but infrequent enough to make each one feel special. I'd be really worried for them if they moved to releasing collections more often than that, which is weird considering I love them so much! I just don't want the specialness to get watered down These all look beautiful though!!

These are a couple cool sets! Not sure if I’ll bite on them myself but that’s mainly because I already have similar colors for the ones I’d want here 😅 I do love how affordable this brand is tho, like. They’re already only $10 but then they give you a $1 off for the pre-order window??? Such a relief in this crazy economy!! 😊 Thanks for sharing!!!

These look like nice quality polishes. I’m not much of a yellow person so I’ll probably skip that one but the rest of them look great. I’m always up for shimmers and glitters. That white sounds promising also. I use white as a base a lot for nail art stuff.

I’ve got to have the white! I like the blues from the first collection but will wait to get one of them. I like wearing black occasionally but I love colorful tops! Also, I’m team wide flat brush with rounded tip!

I love the Stars and Stripes collection and will probably get it. I also may pick up a couple from the cabana collection - Bare and the two blue ones are gorgeous. Although for the blues, I feel like I probably already have similar colors. So we’ll see.

The most beautiful polishes for me were SunBurst and the blue polishes also that impressive almost one coat white polish is so Amazing.

I’m happy to see good red, white and blue polishes in time for the 4th of July. I’m already planning on wearing Cirque Colors Catalina for the holiday. For some reason, I’m in the mood for blue nail polish! Btw, black is a great color to wear. I own a lot of black clothes myself.😉

I know what you mean about the creme formula being glossier vs more opaque, while still clearly being a creme and not a jelly. I call it being a "glassy" finish creme vs "paint-y"; they can both be good but I lean more toward glassy myself. ILNP's cremes I find lean more glassy in general whereas for example Holo Taco varies a lot between glassy vs thicker/paint-y. OK IDK if I'm making sense at this point lol. But they can both be good. The ILNP medium brush is my gold standard! The goldilocks of brushes.

Cannonball looks so pretty in the video. I love swimming pool inspired polishes and I love pools even more lol. I’m a huge color fan. in 2007 or so I bought a lot of tshirts of my favorite band and it was all I had that fit for several years. They were all gray and black cause that was all they had and I realized I hated that I didn’t have colorful shirts so I bought every bright single color T-shirt I could find and I’ve been happier for that change. I’m the type with whatever color shirt, whatever color hair, whatever color nails and the only thing that needs to match is maybe my eye makeup to my shirt lol. I like fashion too but I don’t go by the rules and I can’t afford nicer clothes but I still wouldn’t follow them if I could lol

One thing about “jelly reds” and having a few in your collection, if I get a red or pink color and I just don’t really like it on me (Cajun Shrimp 🍤 of all polishes for me, believe it or not 😕!) is having a different, good, self-leveling more jelly red to go over it can completely save the color for me.

Oh WOW those 2 collections are sooo good! Even the pink is tempting me and I'm not a fan of pinks at all! I also have a 90% black wardrobe so I don't care about that either 😅

I like the Cabana collection; the orange, and lighter blue mostly, though the bare one I actually liked was it was a neutral that didn't streak. Likewise, the white in the Stars and Stripes for the same reason. I would love to have a decent red jelly polish too. I'm an avid po!ish collector and have been for over twenty years now. I'm 62 and wear every color of the rainbow and in between. I love metallics, shimmers, and multichromes. Similar my makeup. I don't wear many glitters though. I love watching your swatch videos as we are able to see how the polishes look on an actual nail. I also appreciate your honesty about how the polishes work-good and bad. I've been watching your videos off and on for years but mainly just watched and never commented, but I've enjoyed watching videos when you upload them though You Tube doesn't always show when you do and I forget to check out on the date you post them as I get wrapped up in life. In any event, thank my unfortunately that's ring these new releases from ILNP. I love their polishes too and prefer the rounder brushes but both suffice.

Nothing beats a good neutral!

So I mostly wear band/concert shirts (I go to A LOT) so most of my closet is black because that's 75% of the bands shirts. Ice Nine Kills and beartooth have added a mix of fun colors to my closet over the last 2 years. I think I have every Beartooth shirts that are purple from their Below Album/Tour. I still need the purple tye dyed hoodie lol. Purple is my favorite color.

i love Brightside, but feel i have many oranges similar to this shade because of how much i enjoy wearing them for fall. but then Cannonball…i gasped. i don’t wear blues much, but that one looks stunning to me.

That’s funny because do like matching my clothes and shoes and nails. Not all the same colors but colors that compliment each other or if my top is say just orange and white then I’ll match my nails to either color. I almost always wear only jeans, either blue or black but mostly blue. And I do have shoes that match some of my tops! At my age I don’t wear a lot of makeup and no eyeshadow 😁

I just ordered Pink Lemonade (and Flower Child from the Wildflowers collection). I was feeling a little weird about this one, but I think it'll be cute. I definitely don't have anything like it!

black vs color - funny i am wearing all black today. i could wear all black and do color like you as well. I do like wearing color but if I had to choose I would want color for my hair, nails, shoes, and accessories.

I don’t think the choice is black or colourful clothes. The choice is neutrals or brights. Example: denim is a neutral, beige and brown are neutrals. I think Kelly suits black and white neutrals (plus alt style is heavy on the black). But you could easily have an all creams and beige outfit that’s just as neutral as an all black outfit! Brights are more statement, so usually you need to match them to look intentional.

Kelli can you recommend a nice summer coral jelly? I love poppy by cirque but it’s sold out, that’s the color I’m looking for. Thank you

Do you think the five shimmers of the Cabana collection would work as toppers? The brush question is difficult. Of both alternatives I prefer the round wide brush. But really I'd like a mixture of both brushes: the round tip of the studio line but as wide as the brushes in the regular line.

The Pink lemonade color is pretty but i literally have no more room for more nail polish lol. I love wearing colorful clothes. I feel like its because for a long time I had to wear all black for work so I avoid wearing black when I can. I match my eye makeup to my clothes. LOL

I’m really confused about what makes something a “studio” color. I would not put cremes and jelly together but studio color does. It’s a lot of blue in one release. Every time I go back to a brush that isn’t wide and flat now, it’s a bit of shock. I prefer it but I also prefer ILNP’s prices.

I think their studio color line is just for their non specialty finishes (like the cremes and jellies!) so they're probably just going to do small releases of those until they build up their library of color options!!

Kelly, I need a dark, dark blue holo. Almost like Suzi and Rhe Arctic Fox but holo. Saw a gal wearing a color she said was called Midnight but didn't know the brand. Only color I can find called Midnight is DC - I think # 253 but it's Mermaid Midnight. Can't find anything that dark... any suggestions? Love the video.

It’s interesting that an ILNP is $9-10 but a full price Sally Hansen at the drugstore is over $13. Nuts. I mean I get that there’s shipping but I’m sorry Sally Hansen does not make an opaque cream white. Or mostly an opaque anything.

Did that white polish get wrinkly at all? Every time I’ve painted my nails white in the past, they look great at first but after 2-3 days they get wrinkly looking. Not sure if it was due to the quality of the white polishes I used, or the quality of the top coat, or if it was my application technique…but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this 😅

Hmm I think wrinkling happens most often if the layers of polish haven't gotten enough time to dry! You might want to try giving yourself extra time between layers of white, I do find that white polish does take longer to dry than other colors!

Love the blues but not a fan of the others in the 1st collection

They're pretty but I don't feel the need to get any. I would not call my wardrobe colorful. I do favor other colors over black though. I think it makes me look pale and washed out. I don't really care if my nails match. Yet I favor black shoes and purses because they match everything, lol 😄.

I guess blue. I'm not the fashion type. I just wear what I have till it wears out. Shopping for clothes is no fun. In polish I've been working on untried neons mostly. But I own more blue, closely followed by green, then purple.

Being a Type 4 (Carol Tuttle's Energy Profiling System [aka Dressing for Your Type] -- THE best!), I can wear black because, according to the Types, ONLY Type 4's can wear black. Black on the other types weighs their energy down. As an autistic, I have now come to wear *only* black, all the time. I'm like you, Kelli: I wear colors on my shoes, my nail polish, sometimes my hair -- accessories, to accent my black clothing, which is the only color I feel safe in. Other colors mess with my energy/emotional state, so I'm thankful to be a T4 and able to wear black. It calms my energy and helps keep me from feeling as overstimulated when I have to be around other people. Once I learned about Carol Tuttle's Energy Profiling, I've come to understand other people better in so many ways, which helps me relate better to others also in so many ways, especially considering my autism.
