A really good video. It would be great if you could post a video demonstrating a roadside tubeless fail and how you would go about fiting an inner tube if plugs won't work. I think most people, if they can see that theh can revert to a tube in a worst case scenario (which I find pretty easy with giant's slr wheels and cadex tyres), would be less reluctant to go tubeless.

What’s the service routine for tubeless wheels? I got my bike 18 months ago and have never had a flat but am concerned if I need to put more sealant in, how much sealant to put or any specific maintenance to do

Hi Joshua, thanks for the question. I would say top up sealant every 6 months. Once a year you should remove the tyre, clean all the old sealant off and then set it up again (don’t forget to clean the valves too as they can get clogged). Obviously your experience shows you can get away without doing it this regularly, but the chances are if you pop your tyre off now you will have a load of dry sealant in there that wouldn’t do any good if you were unfortunate enough to get a puncture. 2oz (60ml) should be enough for most wheels, but bigger mtb tyres will need a bit more.
