It’s also extremely sad for the Altobelli family. The family had 3 kids. 2 of those kids not only had to grieve the loss of their little sister, but their parents all at the same time. It’s a sad situation for everyone involved.

A reminder that "tomorrow is NOT promised". I find myself taking life for granted sometimes and putting things off until 'later' such as calling or visiting loved ones. In a blink of an eye they could be gone even when we expect them to be there always. I now express more affection toward my children daily. Of course I don't want to lose them anytime soon but it's God's Will. Not mine. So I enjoy every precious moment that I can. I don't want to have the coulda-shoulda regrets so I try to love everyone like it's the last time ♥️.

I try to live my life to the fullest. You're right. Tommorow is not guaranteed. It can be over in a blink of an eye. I know. I was nearly involved in a car accident. It shook me up. It was a year and a half ago. It sticks with me to this day.

I'm not even a sensitive guy but I teared up watching this. I was always a big fan of the girls team and watched them play on KZread. So sad they are gone but glad they got this honor and their families got to celebrate them again

That brother and sister that lost their family will remain tight forever. To extremely strong people, and I’m grateful that they can count on one another.

Man... all the emotions came back. I’m so sad for their families who live everyday missing their loved ones. Way to be WNBA, I pray the WNBA will continue to grow and the female athletes will develop and take the league higher.

Man, Vanessa makes me so sad every time I see her talk about her daughter and her husband. Also super heartbreaking to see that Alyssa's older brother and sister are the only ones left in the family. So tragic.
