Thank you for this very in-depth review, the best review I've seen. I love this figure, i only have one so far , but I am planning on getting more plus more Eels. The only thing i don't like about the diver is his fins, but Gridiron Studios makes jet fins that the real-life Navy Seals wear. His DPV does come apart, but I used Aquaseal to keep it closed.

The “meter” that attaches to the rebreather is a swim board that in real life contains a stopwatch, a compass and a clipboard. The stopwatch is to help the diver keep track of how long he has been under water, and the compass is to help guide him to his destination. The other harness is a flotation device, that he would inflate if he were in some type of distress while swimming. Good review!
