Joe that's almost some Buddhist type shitz. I think about that s*** all the time. Almost everything on this planet serves a purpose. But I always think about the snake in the lotus. I'll kill the s*** out of a locust grasshoppers or anything that only eats and does not contribute. Sometime that's it's necessary. Even in the insect world you're part of the problem if you take and don't give dunn. These dudes been awesome different shirt since way back in the day I love them for that

You would never hear such true shit from a Drake or a Rick Ross. Ghosftace, Havoc, Immortal Technique, Scarface... Those are some real dudes. This is why Wu has stayed around so long.

Man's a hard working perfectionist and will not settle for anything less than the best when it comes to putting out music and not just that he's a perfectionist it's that he's maintained that stance for decades. No wonder he has such a strong solo discography.

Listening to Wu tang for 2 years and replaying and feeling their tracks, I never had such respect towards ghost because he was rapping all kinds of absurd things all the time. Purified thoughts and this interview changed my respect towards him. I just hope more rappers realise and study what ghost did and stop faking shit. Great interview. It's really heart-warming to see my favourite rappers maturing, calming down and growing wise as they age. Entertaining as it is, the gangster lifestyle many rappers sang about was just art. They weren't really gangsters, they were just people trying to make an (honest) living and it was nice to hear Ghost acknowledge this. He's spat some really wild lyrics back in the day - sexually and violently explicit - but listening to the dude now he's a sweetheart! Really nice to see.
