  Sleep paralysis is not fun.. I had it a lot as a kid along with night terrors. I’m 24 now. The last time it happened was three years ago. I still am scared to go to sleep and usually end up staying up till 3AM even when I work at 7AM. I get the old hag woman that sits on my chest and stares into my eyes and I can’t breathe all I can feel is sheer terror and panic. Every night before I sleep I think about her and pray that I just wake up normally.
