MyProtein, Quest, Premier Protein, Legion, BSN Syntha-6, ISOPURE Also i would love a video where you take your favorites from Ryse, Dymatize, and Ghost, and then talk about which is best. I got samples of ghost and they were the first protein i had ever tasted that i didnt hate. They actually tasted good and didnt have a protein or chemically taste. Great videos man.

vitamin shoppe is definitely the go to for value. if you catch them running 20 or 25% off or something similar you can get the 5lb chips ahoy for a killer deal for ghost prices. Thank you for doing this review. I am highly allergic of tree nuts and Ghost protein and whey protein is pretty much the only protein I’m able to drink. I love the nutty butter protein powder now I need to try the peanut butter milk, protein powder. 😊

Good video and effort! I’ve experienced that mixing the Cinnabon with a cup of 2% milk, a cup of oatmeal and a a few ice cubes in a blender tastes fantastic and no chemical aftertaste appeared. Water I can imagine highlights all chemicals in the taste. Blending it with the ingredients above really makes it a creamy tasty shake and it’s worth it for me to wait until I am home after the gym.

Ghost is better flavor..Way more delicious. It’s literally protein powder so you have to do the research for yourself. Only because I don’t know if you’re healthy..I’m not a doctor so I can’t say what’s good for anyone. There are literally people that say eating meat is not healthy at all and not good for your body. I eat meat. So I can’t make a decision for anyone. For myself, I drink protein for the last 20 years. It’s just a derivative of milk. Every brand too..I’ve tried A lOT! Gold standard is good but the taste, in my opinion..very basic.

Have you ever tried MTS Whey Protein cookies & cream?? Had it back in the day and it was the best flavor I’ve ever tried in protein

Yes, I have indeed heard this before from some people. They don’t like having to chew on bits while drinking protein, which is understandable. For that, as far as Ghost brand specifically, I’d recommend the peanut butter cereal milk one. It’s damn good.

My local GNC has some of the Ghost whey protein items on sale for 50%. Must be getting closer to the expiration date. Nutter Butter was one of them. Personally, if I purchased the cereal milk flavor, then I would blend it with frozen fruit such as bananas, peaches, pineapple, strawberries, and mango. Even the basic vanilla or strawberry flavored powders are greatly enhanced with frozen fruit. Just finished one.

Buying nutter butter now! Haha

Thanks for the video and I appreciate you going through all the flavors. You definitely are biased towards peanut butter which unfortunately doesn’t help my search for a real good chocolate flavor. I use to drink Gainer 900. It was absolutely the most delicious and amazing chocolate flavor on the market. When they stopped making it I was devastated. I have been in search of something else to replace the amazing flavor but everything I try is just chemical or filled with fake sweetener and sucks. The after taste is miserable in everything today. So thanks for the video regardless because I am definitely still searching and you helped. I am going to try your score of 4 hoping I will give it a higher score seeing I love chocolate. Wait..the best chocolate I’ve had so far in powdered protein in Dymatize Coco Pebbles! It tastes delicious and zero chemical aftertaste. It’s a small tub and they sell it at Walmart even..I think. I’d try that one if I were you.

Man I just got and tried the nutter butter, if that's a 9.5/10 then I don't wanna try any of the rest. Tasted more like 5/10 to me. Fairlife is 9.5/10 and Core Power is 10/10. Ready to drink and $26 for 18, which is actually cheaper than these. You should try them.

Yes of course! 💯 as long as it’s used as an actual meal. Keep in mind the calories and compare it to your usual meal replacement. If it’s less than the whole food you eat as a meal, you WILL lose weight. Keep in mind I’m NOT a doctor so I’m not making a recommendation. Just saying that’s what I do to lose weight :))
