It's gets even better when you realize it all comes from one man. Tobias Forge. He wrote the song. He plays the guitars and bass you hear on this album version. (Live he only sings), he has created the stage and arranged everything from where people stands to the lights, he has chosen the people who plays live together with him and learned them all the songs, he has created the design for the costumes they all wear and so on and so on. There is a video with Lizzy Hale where she talks about her favorite band Ghost where she describes Tobias as the man with the plan and that sums it up quite good. He is a perfectionist and makes sure that everything goes as he already planned years before. Evey little detail.

I concur. Tobias did grow up listening 🎶 to all kinds of music. Tobias created that tone the guitar 🎸 player plays

I grew up Lutheran but married a Catholic. I saw my first nun in person just the other day at age 40. I was so shocked I exclaimed “there is a penguin in the wild! They actually exist!” Literally days later I see your comment about actual nuns being scarier than nuns at a ghost concert and it made me laugh way harder than I ever should have.

They played Faith in their "BBC sessions", live on British radio. Well worth checking out. You'll hear the lady ghoulettes doing sweet backup vocals, and Tobias sounds different. Guessing he's not using a mask on the radio. 😅

'Progressive Art Metal' - I love that description! I have a hard time putting them into a genre. Tobias created the solos himself - he is rooted in the '70s and '80s, but he seems to know how to take it to another level. All Ghost solos are composed, not improvised, and composed by Tobias himself (he is a guitarist).

Good one Eric.. 👌🏻 Liked & subbed.. Ghost is fantastic.. I've been to 9 rituals (yes Ghost concerts are called rituals) as of now, and I'm loving every step of the way. Can't wait for the next Cycle to unfold. Given the depth and detail of your reacting I think you would have a total blast with the show opener from the latest cycle, "Kaisarion" from the "Impera" album. You will need more than 1 notebook for your notes 😂 Until next one.. And remember, if you have Ghost, you have everything 😁🤘🏻

Look up what the song is about: former Ghouls suing Tobias for credit and money.

I think one of their most underrated songs is their cover of Abba's "Marionette"

Tobias definitely grew up listening 🎶 to the 60's, 70's, 80's music. His brother was 14 yrs older. When he was still a toddler, his brother gave him his 1st album KISS's Love Gun and took him to concerts

When I saw them in October there were so many people dressed up it was cool. Many many of the sisters of sin getting about, often handing out cookies or stickers or bracelets. It was a great show, just pity it was plagued with venue issues & like the people who were up front had been there like 12 hours in line after line. Someone didn't check how long it would take to drive all those trucks from Sydney to Melbourne AND set up AND sound check. The support band didn't even get to come on as it was like running behind hours by this point. Bless em they went to one of the local bars & did a "in case you wanted to see us as well" show which was absolutely worth going to

I donw know where to write you and YT not work because it is - 26 now in Finland. But you like before Richard Dawkins in NW video in Wenbley. I found a single from NW what name is Sagan. I think you know the rest. There is only about 5 reactions long time ago. I think they never play that in live because its only lyric video, but please as a Dawkins fan listen to it. KIITOS from Finland.
