GHEE - REAL HEALTH BENEFITS and HOW MUCH GHEE to Eat per day?

Benefits of GHEE | How much Ghee to eat per day?
Most asked question these days is if ghee is healthy or unhealthy? Desi Ghee is India's gift to the world. There have been a lot of myths and false claims about ghee being fattening and unhealthy; but we now have scientific backing on the amazing health benefits of ghee. Ghee is an integral component of panchamrit, which is known to bring longevity and vitality to the body. I will also tell you how much ghee to eat per day for maximum health benefits. In the western world ghee is now proudly marketed as ‘clarified butter’, and its time we accept back this superfood in our diets.

The health benefits of ghee: 1. It doesn’t stimulate insulin 2. It has lutein (it’s good for your eyes) 3. It decreases your appetite and helps you fast longer 4. It contains important fat-soluble vitamins 5. It is more easily digested than other fats 6. It contains MCT fats (which are used as energy and are easily digested) 7. It has short-chain fatty acids (which are good for gut health) 8. It has CLA (it’s anticarcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-allergy)

Nutritional value of Ghee: Ghee is purely fat and has no significant amount of proteins, carbohydrates, sugar or fibre. 100 ml of ghee contains almost 99.8 grams of fat. Most of the fat present in ghee is saturated fat. But traces of proteins may be left over in the ghee if milk solids (whey) are not completely removed in the clarification process. Ghee, a clarified form of butter, is rich in healthy fats that can enhance the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins in milk, aiding in better nutrient utilization. This concoction can be calorie-dense, making it beneficial for weight gain and muscle building. Why do bodybuilders use ghee? Ghee contains omega-3 fatty acid DHA and omega 6 (CLA). These fats can help in increasing lean body mass while also reducing fat mass. Ghee also helps in mobilising fat cells to be burnt for energy.

@kindface.i know I just seen a guy say the same exact thing she says I know for a fact from watching videos that these or rather many ppl listen to other ppl on the internat and then they upload a video and act as if they actually knew this information but they listen to others when someone wants to tout the magical qualities of a new supplement all of a sudden 200 hundred ppl are uploading videos talking about the new magic supplement as if they new of it already when in fact they got the info from another you tuber I don't like what they are saying about ghee give me some lab and science references for the claims about it don't want to take something that does just the opposite of what they claim because they can't back up what they are saying but I guess it will sell more ghee though So they get ghee from milk but when you listen to them ghee is much much more nutritious than the milk they got it from I'll have to think on that for quite awhile

Can people who suffer from LDL cholesterol eat cow ghee? There is no direct reaction between cow ghee cholesterol, LDL type. Cow’s milk is used for making organic cow ghee. If a consumer practices overeating ghee and a sedentary lifestyle, there is a high chance that his blood will get high blood cholesterol.
