    TIP from me: Don't drink diet coke or coke zero. Aspartame is proven to disrupt the gut microbiome. Makes them possibly worse than regular coke.

    It's not only diversity. It's having beneficial microbes and not having detrimental microbes. Not every microbe is beneficial in human gut. Certain species are known to reduce chronic inflammation and oxidative stress.

    Nice recipies u have shared to us ..loveley.. With all the health benifits.. We do make red rice dosha.. And cook every day.. Red poha also very testy..and good for health..ad u said B12.. When i had burning foot..unable to walk..my brother suggested to have red rice..within few minites pain left me..❤

    In telangana cooked rice( left over) put it in the clay pot in the night and they add Rice Ganji ( after half cooked food they remove cooked water ) they pore in to the clay pot.. And drink with green chilles, onion, salt for test.. Thus is very rich food.. The place called Divine place.. In periods time we should not touch the pot..but they can drink..😊😊 But now no body is making

    do not remove silence between sentences. It sound unnatural and sentences are difficult to distinguish. When you make a brake, I know that the sentence is finished, but when you run the next statements immediately after the previous sentence ends, i think that it is still the same sentence, but this brings confusion.

    I’ve been watching this video along with the part 1 including 7 yoga poses for 3 days now (including today) and I can already see how much strength, flexibility and benefits it has given my body, not limited to mentally, physically and emotionally. I’ve watched guided yoga videos on KZread before, but none of them have been as specifically instructed as yours!     this is BS, I do everything and nothing helps. I have an overgrowth of bad bacteria, IMO. what you say won't cure anyone! are needed tests and treatment plan
