I would like to see Fred Heywood and Pascal Maka having a go in Luderitz
couple of legends right there , great to watch
Yeah we finally had embedded images 👍 But why don't you give the speed for each run ? We have no information about the speed range for this 2019 challenge. 😞
👍 👍 👍 soooo muss das sein...
Yeah, finally a proper documentary! Would love to see some names and speed results. Good to see Björn Dunkerbeck on track. 🤙P.S. I'm glad I didn't unsubscribe after those weired live streams.

Nice.. How many kmh have been?
Great to see. Maybe more info on the results - that'd be nice. Also, a question. Why do speed kiters use LEI kites rather than foils? Would have thought foil kites have higher L/D

I guess handling of a foil kite is too difficult when wind is that high. I've reached over 50mph on ice and my friends over 60 and over 70mph, all done with small LEI kites. It is mostly about high wind and low friction surface, not the kite.

@@bekanav I've never flown a foil kite, so no idea re the handling. Just seems that the L/D advantage should be there for a foil kite. LEI kites are pretty crap, aerodynamically.
