Getting the Honda Ruckus to Start Was an Absolute Pain!
The yonda rivkus was obtained non-running, clearly the carb and fuel lines were worn out and not providing gas to the engine. After weeks of trial and error (and maybe some tears), we finally got it to start and stay running! Still doesn't idle very well, but we'll fix that later...

Congrats on getting it running, mine is looking pretty but still a ways to go. And I 100% feel ya on the staring at the bike method, I do that on almost every project :)

The perils of buying non running bikes. I am enjoying watching you work through all the issues. I too am currently punishing myself (I mean restoring) an Aprilia Scooter.

HI, can I ask a question?. I have an Honda Zoomer / Ruckus from 2007 like yours. Do you know where is the red connector thing to reset the ECU, the "computer"? I´ve seen videos of newer ruckus and they have this red connector where you plug a wire from there to the battery to do the reset but in my "ruckus", I dont see the red connector. Thanks.
