You don't need an aftermarket ECU. You only need to let the stock ECU learn over a few days and it will adapt to the lean condition created by an aftermarket exhaust system. Think about it, what happens when you take the bike from sea level up to say for example Denver Colorado or visa versa?

I just did the 212cc swap on mine. The bike only had 500 miles when I did the swap. But I'm curious to see how long it will last. I get to 85 quick and now the rpms top at 9500. mpg went down but not by much but it's a completely different bike and for only 800$

Is the throttle full throttle when you turn it or can you feather it for less torque in corners?

Not really, I've found if you're slow with it the throttle will ramp up smooth-ish but the second you let off at all, even a little, the motor basically shuts off. It's very much and on/off switch.

For motovIoging, i would suggest a lavalier mic with a sensitivity above 52db, 60db would be better and also with high spl.

It's actually based on the CRF450X which repalced the 650R as Honda's Baja bike. San Diego Powerhouse has some awesome owoer uogrades for the RLs too

Keep it standard! Just did Cam chain and tensioner on my Honda Innova with 19k on it, believe it’s the original chain, now the rattle has gone! Bought second hand from a delivery guy. It’s been abused! But still ran!

HI, can I ask a question?. I have an Honda Zoomer / Ruckus from 2007 like yours. Do you know where is the red connector thing to reset the ECU, the "computer"? I´ve seen videos of newer ruckus and they have this red connector where you plug a wire from there to the battery to do the reset but in my "ruckus", I dont see the red connector. Thanks.

This is another reason I'm considering the Toco Moto GET ECU with wifi. You can use their dashboard to show info in real time on a phone. I think they chose wifi because it can transfer more information quickly.

There might be some placement differences from the rally to non-rally. I would check out the wiring diagram between the two in case there's a difference.
