I bought my 04 Terminator for 11 grand. At that price it came with a heap of problems. But I chose to save the car instead of listening to my families pleas not to get it. 3 years later and its finally a driveable car. The experience of buying it and owning it has been with lots of hardship and true joy. Thank you for sharing your story. These cars are truly special.

Reminds me of my 2004 WRX STi. Bought it brand new in Downtown Subaru of Oakland, CA 03/03/2004. Kept it until 2010 (Stage 2 Pro-tuned, a few other things). Car went through 4 or 5 owners, left California in 2020 and is now in Boise, ID. What you are doing is one of the GREATEST things a car nut can do, and very few people can afford to do, is buy the same car that you owned before.

At the time the price was right. I was thinking about how much harder people had to work for their lower dollar amount back then. I have 2 of these , and one is like you are saying, to leave alone and keep original. This one already had the ported supercharger so I upgraded it to a bigger VMP supercharger.

@@justin.c_svt I truly believe the 03-04 cobras are going to be the 70 chevelle as and Plymouth cuda equivalents of the 2000’s. I can’t stand people who review them and compare them to s197’s and s550’s. It was a different era. It was groundbreaking when it came out and was undefeated for many years.

Always an experience get a new Mustang. I have had several but the first one I ever got an 89 GT was so memorable. I still remember the feeling and that smile I had in my face driving it home best feeling ever. Bought a 93 Cobra several years back I had to do a turn and burn trip on with my dad to get it and that was a good one. Just like you so excited and nervous and just enjoyed driving it home and couldn't wait to get it to my garage and start making it mine.

The guitar you took a pic of is a Fender Stratocaster, not sure what made it special other than the paint job on it. Yes your Cobra is OK when one has been lowered in my eyes there a San Juan wagon after own it a 94 GT that was lowered when I bought it Will never do it again in buy in one As the factory does tune the suspension and when there lowered they ride worse than a lumber wagon let alone tire rubb feel every bump in the road and don't handle at all period As I put alot of tears and hours gettin my GT back to the way it once was and did have to put in caster and camber plates also with the Gas Koni shocks to get the True Ride Quaity and to keep my coffie in its holder As all this low rider BS came from Mexico that started it all And in turn Distroyed alot of Awsome cars and causes a Hole lot of rattles too thats never cool

Justin Johnson I would actually consider a black 10th but not the silver. My friend mike had a torch red 10th. Was the first terminator I ever saw and was awed by. When the time comes my top colors are Torch Red, Oxford White, Comp Orange, Sonic blue , Screaming Yellow and Dark shadow gray. Mileage and condition and price all being in line I’d grab one of those in any of those colors in a heart beat.
