The thorn pendant has crashed my game a few times, I tossed it. Great video! Love watching you learn about magic. Highly recommend making a leap / bounce spell to yeet around next speed run before you hit a jet pack. Good for avoiding fall damage too.

@@AlfredGGMC you need like 3 slime , a couple wilden wings, and a basic ars infusion setup to get it going. So good. The goal spell should be leap, amplify, bounce.

Alfred! Come on now dude! Why ain't you using those little squirrel Starbunkle things from Ars to move stuff around and automate stuff?! If you're gonna go all in on Ars, you gotta use them little guys. They're like the "pipes" of the mod. You can use the dominion wand and actually stack a bunch of instructions so they do all kinds of stuff. Plus you can name 'em and color them with dye. This is still super dope though. Ars is one of the best magic mods ever made and I'm glad you're showcasing it here. I would even go so far as to say it rivals Thaumcraft (which I guess is never gonna get updated). Awesome video dude.

I know nothing about Starbunkles!!! Only thing I remember of them was that they don't pick things up fast enough and caused server lag a few times on the servers I ran lol Otherwise, I will probably end up switching it out whenever I learn about them in game! Thanks for the info, and I'm glad you enjoyed the video!

@@AlfredGGMC Yeah, they're not super effcient for moving tons of stuff around quickly, but they are hysterical looking. You can get them to follow paths and since they're only one block big, you can even make them tunnels (covered in glass to see them) or little bridges to have them packing items around your base. You can put item frames on chests/barrels so they know only certain things go there. They're actually better than the old-school golems from Thaumcraft. This series has been super dope. Maybe one day you could do a tutorial (kinda like your powah automation one) on Modular Routers? I really need to get into that mod since it obviously has a monster amount of functionality in it. A lot of existing content for it is for way older versions of it. Anyhow, keep it up man. Best modded MC content on KZread!

No, it's based on growth ticks and botany pots don't tick, same reason why lilypad of fertility doesn't affect the pots either.

Quick question for anyone that can help, how do get coloured hearts, I know that you need cyclic but when I use the heart container it just makes another row of hearts. Is there another mod I need?

2 ways 1) Baubley Heart Containers and the heart locket/pendant, the heart containers can go into the locket and can stack) There's 4 colors of hearts which need mob/boss kills 2) way is by eating lots of different foods, after a certain amount you get hearts, eat more different things and you get more hearts, repeat till maxed. The downside is if you die you lose all your progress.

Quick question for anyone who can help. I've been trying to get ATM8 to work for 2 weeks now and either I crash 10 minutes into starting it and going off to explore (which is what makes me crash) or the launcher Now won't even load Minecraft now. I have uninstalled several times, I've messed with the launcher settings. Is anyone else having issues and finding luck? My PC specs are more than enough to handle this pack, I'm at a loss and I'd love any input so I can play this pack. Thanks!

Have you increased the available ram for minecraft to use? There’s a setting in the curseforge launcher I believe it was, but by default it doesn’t allow enough to be used for heavily modded minecraft. Hope this helps you out!
