I feel like I rarely see people use lingering in their spells when it's so disgustingly overpowered. It copies and extends all spell effects, so an alternate version of your spell would be: Projectile > Split > Split > Split > Explosion > Extract > Lingering > Extend Time > Amplify > Aoe. This makes your explosions do explosions, basically it carpet bombs a giant crater in the ground for 10 seconds every time you click

You can have a summon vex that triggers when a lingering cloud is in contact with blocks. If you have enough things to augment the summon rate, you can get well over a hundred vexes. Also works with other summon spells.

Other than that there is a sword where you can kill baby villagers to increase damage and it’s always AOE

I'm kinda glad that the successor to Ars Magica still has the potential to be really OP Really should look at it soon

if you have the turrets shoot through a spell-prism you can set which block you want the spell to go too from that prism ( also line up multiple prisms after another), line up a bunch of them on a side, have the spells funnel to a singular spell prism, then set a timer to get a continues ray of explosions, ( i think that the prisms themselves also can be affected by spells such as rotate and send out a redstone signal from comparator )

This. You set the turrets at the mob farm, have them hit a prism, and then you have a BEAM of explosion at the other end. Though this would be hard to move move and destroy an entire world...

I decided to check your channel out and started with this series. What should i say - i'm at video 17 in just one day and i can't remember any MC KZreadr who was so entertaining like you. if you have ars elemental and extended glyphs installed you can use this spell: Projectile > Burst > Sensitive > Aoe > Propagate arc > Split > Split > Explosion > AOE > Extract It's a rain of hellfire.

I have a reccomendation. Orbit -> Sensitive -> Summon Decoy, Then Orbit -> Sensitive -> Split -> Split -> Burst -> Aoe -> Explosion -> Aoe or some variation thereof. It essentially makes a bunch of clones, then all of them cast orbital drill spells

I remember making an evoker spawner on vanilla minecraft with plug-ins and I have never been so terrified of one of my mistakes in minecraft before. So many vexes😭

okay i found a much better method. Make a lingering animate block spell with lots of AOE and a focus of summoning. summon the animated blocks and then cast your explosion spell as a self spell. It gets multiplied by the amount of blocky bois, making a nuclear bomb

@@AlfredGGMC the only problem is you need dragon’s breath. Luckily you can use a containment jar, ritual brazier, and a ritual of containment to capture the dragon and get breath that way. Or just harvest the dragon like normal, doesn’t matter either way. That being said this trick works with any self or orbit spell so you get to have a good time with any magic of those two types.

I’m definitely liking this series. I’ll have to go and watch your Allthemods 7 videos while I wait for the next video. If you haven’t decided on your next series, you should take a look at Enigmatica 9!

See, id love the mod more if you could cast that moutain level spell by yourself.

If you don't know, AoE burst can target blocks, including air. Projectile>AoE>AoE buff>Sensetive> Explosion>AoEbuff×5. That would trigger Explosion>AoE buff×5 about... more then 9 times.

my server mates and i were just talking about who could make a hole to bedrock faster, Ars or Create..... after seeing this i feel confident our shenanigans may crash the server lol

god damnit now i need to start a new modded minecraft playthrough. I messed with ars nouveau a tiny bit at one point but never got super far. Whenever me and friends get a modded server going, we love the kitchen sink-esque packs where you can kinda just pick whichever mods you wanna focus, and I think I'd love to play a pack where I have this as a magic mod and create as a tech mod. Time to sink way too many hours into this game again lol

I was looking at which atm would be the best, and I think I’m gonna go atm7 but try and add tons of create add on mods (like confectionery, alloyed, alloyed guns, etc.). It looks like version 1.18 of mc has the most compatible create addons. And then I can hopefully get some super fun contraptions going with ars nouveau

I love Ars “mild seizure” aka Ars Novueau

lingering is broken af but when combined with summon it can summon literally over 1k mobs which can easily crash the game lol

I don't know if this pack has Mana & Artifice, but I did similar with a Wave + Mine spell. Just hold right click and it digs a massive tunnel returning everything to your inventory instantly. The lag was... exceptional... however.

Will this playthrough ever get finished? Was really enjoying it.

I am ADHD, so I like to do a million things at once. This video took about 3 weeks to do because it was a new style. I also work as a video editor, do the quests for ATM8, stream, am a dad of 2 boys under 3, husband, team leader on on Twitch...... I stay busy lol

i really want to add this mod to my server but at the same time i also use create and valkyrien skies and dont want to enable accidental atomic bombing

So that's how all that crap works. And to think I've been hoarding the stuff while doing everything the hard way.

Meanwhile I just want vanilla to allow an Efficiency 5 Netherite pick with a Haste 2 beacon to instantly mine deepslate. But noooooo, that'd be to convenient for players who want to clear out a large section of the deep dark before they die of old age.

what's a good method for getting a lot of obsidian? by the millions.... going for 18 stars for the starry bee. I have 18 of alot of the the star final pieces but I need 18 of the x5 compact obsidian. mystical agriculture is one way I suppose but wondering if I'm missing a better method
